Q. I have been blocked from posting wait times? A. First, please make sure that you have actually been blocked, the 10 minute warning message does not mean you have been blocked from posting wait times, it is just a reminder that we only allow one wait time submission per ride per every 10 minutes. if you are in fact blocked, use the form above and make sure you send us your username and the UDID of your phone. The way to find your UDID is go to the app store and download the free UDID app, it will let you easily email your UDID to us from your phone.

Q. Can I change my username? We do not recommend it at this time?.
We recommend you wait until version 2.0 comes out because we are having issues transferring MouseRank between usernames.

Q. I got a new iPhone or iPod Touch, can I transfer my old username and MouseRank to the new device?
Yes. When you enter your old MouseRank name into the new device, it should automatically sync up. If it doesn't, please send us an email with the following information - your MouseRank username, your old UDID number, and your new UDID number.

Q. My MouseRank is wrong? A. Please use the form above and submit a request and make sure you include your MouseRank name and exactly why you think it is wrong and what it should be.

Q Will MouseWait be available for Android or Blackberry? A. Yes, we have plans to create MouseWait for different platforms, please watch our blog or follow us on twitter @MouseWait for more information.

Q. How do I increase my MouseRank? Your MouseRank will go up with accurate wait time submissions, posts in the Lounge, and other quality contributions to the community. Basically the more you contribute to MouseWait, the higher your MouseRank will be. We will be publishing a detailed list soon of what actions benefit your MouseRank the most.
