My kids love the Disneyland hotel pool, and there are magic morning days most days alternating either park, if you can wake up early. Saturday and Sunday has magic morning hours for both parks. Also, while the kids are in the pool you can grab some tropical drink or beer at Trader Sam's. Also, you are right next to ESPN Zone, in which my kids love the arcade. You can also have your purchases in the parks charged to your room. If you have a Safeway grocery store that you shop at, purchase some Disney gift cards, maybe one each month before then, to earn the gasoline points. Then use the Disney cards to pay for your hotel
bill and in the park. Oh, you can also have your purchases in the park sent to the hotel so you don't have to carry them around
