My kids love the Disneyland hotel pool, and there are magic morning days most days alternating either park, if you can wake up early. Saturday and Sunday has magic morning hours for both parks. Also, while the kids are in the pool you can grab some tropical drink or beer at Trader Sam's. Also, you are right next to ESPN Zone, in which my kids love the arcade. If your budget allows--then go fo it! - tink19997.8 #7723 1-22-13 6:39PMLike Reply
Our room at Paradise Pier was very spacious and comfortable, but I must admit I would have liked to have been able to stay at Grand Californian. We would walk through the lobby of GC to get to and from the park. - Witchie77265.3 #869 1-22-13 7:22PMLike Reply
I hope you are planning a Mickey's Halloween Party when you go! Looking fwd is a big part of the fun, so enjoy.
You can also have your purchases in the parks charged to your room. If you have a Safeway grocery store that you shop at, purchase some Disney gift cards, maybe one each month before then, to earn the gasoline points. Then use the Disney cards to pay for your hotel
bill and in the park. Oh, you can also have your purchases in the park sent to the hotel so you don't have to carry them around
With you. Have fun planning and dreaming until the time gets here! - meridafan1035.5 #83 1-22-13 1:33PMLike(2) Reply
We also are buying Disney gift cards . Someone posted this before and we thought it was a great idea. We try to do this once a week or so . That way our debit or credit cards don't take the big hit. - dlcowboyfan282.7 #714 1-22-13 3:04PMLike Reply
