My kids love the Disneyland hotel pool, and there are magic morning days most days alternating either park, if you can wake up early. Saturday and Sunday has magic morning hours for both parks. Also, while the kids are in the pool you can grab some tropical drink or beer at Trader Sam's. Also, you are right next to ESPN Zone, in which my kids love the arcade. If your budget allows--then go fo it! - tink1999 18.2 #7510 1-22-13 6:39PMLikeReply
Our room at Paradise Pier was very spacious and comfortable, but I must admit I would have liked to have been able to stay at Grand Californian. We would walk through the lobby of GC to get to and from the park. - Witchie77 364.5 #609 1-22-13 7:22PMLikeReply
I hope you are planning a Mickey's Halloween Party when you go! Looking fwd is a big part of the fun, so enjoy.
You can also have your purchases in the parks charged to your room. If you have a Safeway grocery store that you shop at, purchase some Disney gift cards, maybe one each month before then, to earn the gasoline points. Then use the Disney cards to pay for your hotel
bill and in the park. Oh, you can also have your purchases in the park sent to the hotel so you don't have to carry them around
With you. Have fun planning and dreaming until the time gets here! - MeridaFan 4152.6 #33 1-22-13 1:33PMLike(2)Reply

We also are buying Disney gift cards . Someone posted this before and we thought it was a great idea. We try to do this once a week or so . That way our debit or credit cards don't take the big hit. - dlcowboyfan 283.4 #1001 1-22-13 3:04PMLikeReply

I haven't been to WDW, but I heard it's in Florida (hee hee). And it sounds ds like it's one of the most popular attractions there, too... which is why FPs were created.
A) no reasonable place to put FP machines without severely inhibiting guest flow in the pier. B) and also the more relevant is if it had fastpass the standby wait would be around 90-120 minutes easily. - lostgirl7988 697.8 #268 11-11-12 3:43PMLike(2)Reply
How does 'the standby wait time would be too long' make any sense? People wait for hours at the other attractions with FP's. This wouldn't be any different. - PrincessDelaine 212.9 #1809 11-11-12 4:29PMLike(1)Reply
In WDW they have FP for it and they are gone by 10 am. The CM there said they limit the FP's for better flow throughout the day. They could put the FP machine in the same area as California Screamin' - missyandpaul 285.8 #982 11-11-12 3:55PMLikeReply
Wait times would be 1.5 to 2 hours constantly. I am so happy they never put one in. - Linzee 1165.9 #148 11-11-12 3:56PMLikeReply
All your pics are making me sad that I won't be there this holiday season. But I'm so glad you're there to enjoy the sights and share them with us! - PrincessKristin 780.8 #232 11-15-12 7:55PMLikeReply
Who has a pic of Flo's tree inside? It's all silver and amazing. - marcjenks 238.9 #1462 11-15-12 7:58PMLikeReply
Looks like this was just a test run, pun intended, and that the poster will attempt to create a real picture tomorrow using this app. - tallestman_cm 170.1 #2380 11-10-12 1:42PMLikeReply
No one is saying but I'm sure we're all thinking it but a map of your running route, albeit in Disneyland does not make this Disney related or quality content. Please read the FAQs as to what can be posted and welcome to MW - cesium55 531.8 #378 11-10-12 2:02PMLikeReply
