Sending prayers. Been there. She needs to takd the pain mess, walk, walk, walk, and ice. She'll need to ice for months. If she does this, she can be walking 13 miles a day in Disneyland in 6 months. - disneyforme 495.0 #457 6-18-16 9:52AMLikeReply
Hi there! I really love my Disney Dooney purses, especially my newest one, Mickey Thru The Years. I love Mickey and it makes me happy to use it everyday! :)
I have a Mickey necklace that my mom got me at Disneyland on my very first trip, back in 1976 when I was 3. It's Mickey's full body in his red shorts on a little gold chain! I love to see it in my jewelry box and I'm thinking I might replace the chain so I could wear it again! 😬😬😬 - Catski23 29.3 #6287 6-8-16 9:24PMLike(3)Reply
I had a nice couple hours at DL today, lunch with Garry at Pizza Port and some shopping. My #1 Disney collectibles are my memories of my time there as a kid. Sitting inside Pizza Port looking out over Tomorrowland, I imagined the Tomorrowland of the 50's, with the flying saucers, the rocket to Mars, Innerspace, and the skyway. Feeling very nostalgic today. - debbiev 1383.9 #135 6-8-16 9:59PMLike(3)Reply

I love my Disney watches, I have about 15 in total, mostly Donald ones and one I got done especially for my 40th Birthday, Donald was giving me a cake :) And my grandmother gave me a few special items, can anyone remember when you could get a boot at The Golden Horseshoe?? I could send pics it is from the early 80's to early 90's. I love all my Donald items - Donald1967 144.9 #2863 6-9-16 2:36AMLikeReply
Hello!! We always drove when I was little... About a 7 hour drive. But as soon as we all grew up, we fly now! I have been driving down on my solo trips which is an 8 hour drive for me.... But I LOVE driving so that's half the fun of the trip for me!! 🚗 I am flying down for my trip in 85 days though! I LOVE flying too!! And when I move down there in October, I won't have a commute at all!!!!!!!!!!!😀😀😀😀😜😝😝😋😘YAY!! - sheridanrabbit 253.2 #1370 6-4-16 10:20PMLike(3)Reply
I love it as well, Peter Pan is one of my favorites. For me it is 2093 miles and we have never been. We would fly and it is @5 hour flight. - mmddgp 1093.2 #7 6-5-16 6:00AMLikeReply
We fly because we don't want to waste our Disneyland time driving. I'm not sure flying how many miles it is but, driving it's just about 1,000 miles. - keepmovingforward 259.0 #1311 6-5-16 8:53AMLikeReply
We have outdoor pools open in the summer. Of course, we do not get very warm so the pools are actually heated...we stay in the 60's and often drop into the 50's in the summer and then we always have wind....lots of wind. - dianeburns1998 106.8 #3552 6-1-16 9:15PMLike(1)Reply
Wow! That's quite a lot of effort and hopefully fun time spent at the Parks to earn that many points! When I visited last Friday, spent 12 hours, visited both Parks twice, took lots of photos, visited countless rides and attractions and it helps carry me through the work week. I also tallied over 30,200 steps on my Fitbit equalling nearly 14 miles. Some folks also commented on the photos I posted, which hopefully helped brighten their day. All that makes for some good times! - grumpypapa 7271.9 #15 6-3-16 4:43PMLike(3)Reply

I cleaned the whole house, bought all the food (costco run on sundays :( and did a strawberry run (pick up a flat). This is harder than walking the parks. - Plumiegirl 10329.7 #9 4-25-16 8:56AMLikeReply
Mine is easy. I LOVE Mickey and I was born in 1967. 😃
For reasons unknown to me, my mom in the 1970s starting gifting me Jack Daniels' souvenir items for birthdays, etc. I got lamps, socks, decanters, mugs, shot glasses … you name it. I have no idea as to why she did this, I didn't drink Jack, but my mom was a character and a good friend with a brilliant sense of humor and hijinks! So I graciously accepted her gifts and never asked why? I created the user name jacdanfan honoring my mom about 14 years ago and have used it ever since. - jacdanfan 12152.5 #6 4-18-16 4:32PMLike(7)Reply
My name is for my love of the old Disneyland, hence RetroDisney. The pins comes into play for my love of pin trading! 2002 was a very personal and important year of my life! - RetroDisneyPins2002 42.7 #5246 4-19-16 4:45PMLike(1)Reply
My name is easy enough. My favorite villain is the terrifying, mistress of evil Maleficent. And the second part comes from my obsession with all things Alice in Wonderland. To me Cheshire is the best character because of his freedom to appear and disappear. He's also the one who always seems to know what's going on. - MaleficentCheshire 137.2 #2999 4-19-16 8:29PMLike(1)Reply

My first kiss at Disneyland humm.. Let's see. Me and @PracticallyPerfectLisa where watching fireworks. She had been standing on my right. So as the fireworks where just blasting away and the grand finale was starting I put my right arm out and grabbed her and just gave her a great big kiss. Next thing I know I get a tap on my left shoulder and I turn and look and its Lisa giving me the look. So I turn to my right and it's a 60 year old woman standing there with a huge smile on her face. So that was my first kiss at Disneyland. - grumpyinphx 739.2 #277 3-31-16 11:24PMLike(6)Reply
Great news, we need to meet someday. I also had cancer last year and it was a hairless crazy scary year. I still snuck into the park pretty sick just to take a ride or two. It was not smart but it gave me needed happiness. I'm in remission for now but it's always in the back of my mind. I had a stage 2b metastasis breast cancer. Glad to hear you are doing well and my follow up comes up soon. I like the longer leash from the doctors. I'm so sorry for the loss of your father. 😢 My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family! 🙏
Father God, Thank You for this wonderful man and his wonderful family. They're hurting right now and they are at such a loss, their heads are spinning from the hurt and confusion of what to do. Please place Your love and peace overwhelmingly upon them, let @@@minniemonika, her family , and especially their mom feel You all around them , guiding them by Your Holy Spirit in everything they must do. Help them remember the joy, the love and the fun times with Dad, and please be with them in every decision and every moment they go through, now and always. Help them know and have peace that their Dad and husband are safe with You. Please give them the strength they need always. Well, my first job was one at my friends authentic Mexican deli and store, plus lifeguarding😂😂😂😂 I had an adult wanting swim lessons so I showed her what to do and she wouldn't paddle her arms or kick her legs, she'd just put her hands straight up in the air and sink to the deep bottom. She was a bit heavy so after she did this ten times, I ended the class. And told the pool manager no more with her for me. I didn't want to drown too. I taught 2 month old babies how to swim more than a lady who didn't listen. I'm still not sure why she was there anyway!😳😊😭👍 - secretagentangel 6905.2 #17 3-19-16 10:07PMLike(4)Reply

My first job was as a hostess at a Mexican restaurant in Pico Rivera where I grew up. I worked there for 5 years from age 16 to when I got a job as a teller at Republic Federal Savings. Once I was carrying a tray of 6 margaritas to help the servers and some kids were running around and slammed right into me. To avoid dropping the margaritas on them, I pitched them forward and 6 margaritas went flying and crashed into the lobby! The parents acted like it was no big deal!😦🍹 - breathe_in_the_happiness 956.2 #200 3-20-16 9:18AMLike(1)Reply

It's slowly been creeping back and I'm afraid to get on the scale. 😢 I'm getting back into my walking and now I have to start watching what I eat.
