Serves 4-6. 1 large white onion, cut in half and thinly sliced. 4 T butter, divided. 2 lbs red potatoes thinly sliced. Coarse salt, freshly ground pepper to taste. Preheat oven to 400F. Sauté onions in 2 T butter in a large skillet over medium heat until translucent; remove from pan and set aside. In same pan, add remaining butter and potatoes and sauté until lightly browned, about 15 min. Season with salt/pepper. Combine onions and potatoes in an ovenproof casserole dish; cover with foil and make small slits for ventilation. Bake 45 min or until potatoes are tender - msdizmaui 1024.0 #219 12-16-16 10:15PMLike(3)Reply
yes. they check before u can get on tram. and any other parking lots entering downtown disney and harbor blvd entrance. because of bomb scare at universal citywalk 3wks ago - wrxdave 0.1 #108432 12-16-16 12:35PMLike(1)Reply
When you get walk out of Mickey & friends parking you go through security first before boarding the trams. Or if you walk to DTD there is security there also now. - DDTINK57 431.5 #576 12-16-16 1:03PMLike(1)Reply
I too appreciate the fans! Especially the time we were in line and witnessed someone barf in there (hastily wiped up but leftover stale scent)... - MabelMouse 481.7 #495 12-15-16 12:55PMLikeReply
I don't get a headache, but I do get claustrophobic in there. In both there, and Space Mountain, I leave a large space between me and the people in front of me. When they move, I move forward. Drives the people behind me crazy. - disneyforme 867.4 #255 12-15-16 3:32PMLikeReply
Oh yeah! Decorate the "girls" perch with garland and ornaments! Replace the pineapples with mini trees. Turn the drummers into red-nosed drummers. Put beards on the tiki columns? Snow instead of rain? brilliant! - Saldogmom 71.5 #4363 12-14-16 5:35PMLike(1)Reply
I really like the idea. Especially if they sing Mele Kalikimaka. That's one of my favorite Christmas carols. They could have it "snow" inside. The Santa hats and Christmas sweaters is also a cute idea. They could also decorate the outside with Christmas trees and wreaths and sell the dole whips in special Christmas cups. - potatohead25 834.4 #262 12-29-16 9:39AMLikeReply
I think it gets canceled if there is rain, but you never know what the weather is actually gonna turn out to be there lol. Plus sometimes the weather day vs. Night is different. I hope you have a magical time regardless! Rain days are my favorites because Californians are babies about getting wet and there are minimal lines 😂 - Poisen_Ivy 351.4 #757 11-16-16 2:42PMLike(1)Reply

Tell them how to use fast past. Which they are able to get on more rides.
For their first visit, take advantage of the Fast Pass system. Unlike other theme parks, Disneyland doesn't charge for it. Also, take their time and don't rush to do everything. - BaseballMickey 8846.9 #14 10-10-16 9:28PMLike(4)Reply
Hi👋🏼👋🏼 take time to look at the map and organize your must dos. If you must ride Spacemountain, Indy, Matterhorn, and Star tours....don't forget pirates....in that order could be a lot of running around and wasting time. Start at one of your must dos and on your way to the next must do catch every short line in between. You end up doing so much and do all that you wanted. - Bassplayerswife 1096.8 #196 10-10-16 9:32PMLike(3)Reply
Thank you. My husband has diabetes. Pray for cure for diabetes & all cancers.
Autism acceptance...cure for Diabetes..cure for cancer..and not judging people for what they look like or how they dress...accepting and respecting them for who they are. - makeitbluesaysmerriwether 441.7 #562 9-6-16 6:00PMLike(5)Reply
I wish for world peace. If all the money spent on warfare were diverted to healthcare I don't think we'd need a wishing well. For example: we spend 3 billion a year for Afghan security. And that's a small portion of our foreign aid for military purposes. Makes you think, doesn't it. And to rant, I understand our government is having trouble trying to budget for Veteran care. - jacdanfan 14585.6 #5 9-7-16 11:25AMLike(2)Reply
Make sure to wear appropriate Ears! Years ago we did at Disney World and got lots of special treatment from CM's like head of the line and special seats at the parade. Not guaranteed but it can't hurt! ☺ - clawton 454.9 #542 9-4-16 6:59PMLike(3)Reply
Congrats! I'm pretty sure the Hilton has a romance package. It's a little more but I believe you get massages and some champs to sip...not sure what else is included but it's a short walk to the parks! - ShmoopsyPoo 1.0 #0 9-5-16 8:09AMLikeReply

I live about 2 hours away and was happy with the deluxe, averaging about once a month when I had it. Since you live so close I would go all out for the best. It would be too hard to be so close and not go kinda whenever I wanted - FoolishMortal138 730.6 #314 9-3-16 8:48PMLikeReply
They don't always catch them. Now days they are more looking out for our safety. Each time I'm in the parks I see selfie sticks. It's sad that people use them on rides, that's why they don't want them being used anymore.
Ma'am, please stop shouting, find a CM, and let them know. It's for the safety of all. Thanks - misschurro 9151.4 #12 9-3-16 3:03PMLike(8)Reply
Ad me. Favorite Disney moments: going to Disneyland when my boys were young. Now they are 37 & 39 years old.
Thank you for the RAK, no need to add, we have this cute ornament. So many wonderful moments. One of them is when I was younger in the 60s and driving up Fwy 5 with my folks and seeing the Matterhorn from the freeway. The excitement was unbelievable! - jacdanfan 14585.6 #5 9-4-16 7:34AMLike(2)Reply
So cute! Please add me! My favorite moment is every trip walking through the front gates! Its a new magical beginning every trip! - boomom 825.9 #265 9-2-16 12:49PMLike(1)Reply
These are my boys. I was never good at putting dates on my pictures. I'm thinking it was with Safeway Christmas outing. My youngest is 37 & oldest is 39 now. - DDTINK57 431.5 #576 9-1-16 9:54AMLikeReply
So generous of you! Side note: how does one join DPA? Hypothetically, of course! Just because I may have more plushies than my two children doesn't mean that I have a problem, does it? Or does it? & - DisneyHeidi09 392.3 #643 8-24-16 8:16AMLike(1)Reply
