Does anyone remember the Desert Water Bags that most people bought and hung on there front bumper. It was cooled by evaporation and you needed it in case your car overheated. - Midasgold 550.7 #302 11-22-13 12:38PMLike(1)Reply

Yes it does! So after Fantasmic if you want to stick around for the fireworks show, you'll get the snow there! I got to experience my first snow of the season at DL last night. Hoping to take Little Skipper on December 2nd. And can't wait to see her first sight of real snow December 31st!!!!! - IDVandalSkipperCM 2048.1 #53 11-20-13 9:27AMLikeReply
look on c-list sometimes people buy them and aren't able to use them but be carefull
Avoid Craigslist/Ebay and any ticket sharing site. You will lose your money since 99% of the hoppers for sale are fake and pictures are taken of guests using hoppers now. Just buy your ticket in advance (AAA, getawaytoday) and you should save some off the gate price of $244. - Linzee 783.5 #186 11-19-13 6:52AMLike(3)Reply
I would not buy from anywhere where it is a person selling tickets they have. You will not be able to use them. Search under Admin's posts. There is a site that gives MW members 2% off the cost of tickets. Not much, but it is the best I've seen. - mrAZdisney 29.9 #5164 11-19-13 6:48AMLike(1)Reply
Thank you for the positive review. I believe this is a work in progress and am glad to hear it's getting better already and as we know, each skipper is different. - MrsSchnooks 2659.2 #36 11-19-13 4:15AMLike(3)Reply

Can you add me for this RAK? ...just kidding. relax and you need to do what's best for you. Any true MW would understand and want that for you. Hopefully your above subtle message they will understand. It will all work out somehow. - DLKenCA 1398.6 #87 11-18-13 1:38PMLikeReply

It sounds like your trip has turned into her trip. I suggest you do what you want to do and have a wonderful time!!! When I go with large groups I find it easier to break up into groups with like preferences and schedule to meet for lunch or a ride everyone wants to go on!!! The best investment for any Disney trip is the Photo Pass. All of the ride photos are included in this package. There are CM's all over the park to take your picture. Have fun! - imjustsayin111 247.6 #1234 11-18-13 9:06AMLike(1)Reply

Definitely do all the holiday themed rides and shows - its a small world, jingle cruise, haunted mansions holiday + fireworks and parades. Also you can ride the Lilly belle car on the train. It is such a neat experience and one in sure all would love! Just make reservations at Main Street station first thing in the AM. - lohofosho 784.4 #185 11-18-13 9:08AMLikeReply

once again proving the point (i like to believe), that art, music, and creativity are the springboards that propel the human consciousness into a better, more positive plane. few things in this world hold the power to transcend the spirit as well as those that Walt chose to champion. cheers and goodwill to you and yours, always. - littleoysterz 232.9 #1413 11-16-13 2:35AMLikeReply

the week of xmas, xmas day until about jan 2 are among the busiest day at the park. some days do reach capacity at the dl side , so far dca is able to hold more crowds but hasnt reach capacity yet and there more space to move around. thre trick is to try and arrive early and try for fasspasses but some attractions run out by 12pm-2pm or you might get a return time close to park closing. patience is the biggest factor and most rides queue line will be extended to it's max. use mw as a time guide but be aware that with that many people in the park alot of phones and carriers struggle with getting a signal or connecting. But most important remember to enjoy your visit and create happy memories - pikarich 2392.0 #44 11-14-13 7:02PMLikeReply

I always loved the tiled mosaic on both sides of the entrance. It had so much detail. Does anyone know what happened to it? It was pretty massive, I hope it wasn't demolished. - DisneyGrandma 627.9 #260 11-14-13 9:43AMLikeReply

There isn't really a short way because critter country doesn't connect to any other lands directly but NOS. Head for Adventureland, through New Orleans Square, past Haunted Mansion and to Splash. You won't have a super long wait for Splash first thing in the morning and most people headed the direction you would be going are trying to get to Haunted Mansion - missmimi90 1365.4 #89 11-14-13 6:41AMLikeReply
It's done right in front of Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta by the Jumping Jelly Fish and Silly symphony swings. I was at WOC last night and they did it twice but from what I understand it's done quite a few times durning the day/afternoon. - CM_Tamstirr 538.7 #315 11-13-13 2:17PMLike(1)Reply
i wish they would let those of us who live out of state do the payment plan i'd be all over that
IMO...If someone has a cell phone, unlimited texting, unlimited internet, goes out to eat, goes to see movies, has a car payment, takes weekend trips, enjoys Starbucks, has cable TV, buys nice clothes then they have the money for the ap's...they simply don't like the idea of the price increase and choose not to partake in this particular luxury. - Linzee 783.5 #186 11-13-13 3:38PMLike(11)Reply
If you plan on going four days a year to the parks it's almost insane not to get some kind of annual pass. It's definitely insane if you live nearby in SoCal. But like all things you have to have your priorities. - BeatleMike 511.1 #341 11-13-13 2:09PMLike(2)Reply
We had to let our passes go this June and I'm regretting it all the time. We talked with the kids and they would rather go without cable next year to get our passes back(they all watch Hulu and netflex anyway). Well I am not renewing my pass next week but it isn't because of the price increase. Now Tuyet and Lisa will not be renewing because of the price increase. Plaza inns chicken dinner could easily be split between two people. Naples in downtown Disney has family sized pizza pies for between $38-$45 and are literally the size of a table. Those easily feed 8 people. - missmimi90 1365.4 #89 11-13-13 9:00AMLike(1)Reply
It's not in the park but the Tangaroa terrace out by the pool at the Disneyland Hotel has great breakfast lunch and dinner options that are really inexpensive. You don't have to be a Disneyland resort guest in order to go to the restaurant by the way. It's next to trader Sam's if you know where that is. I posted a breakfast and lunch that I had there on a recent trip with my daughter just a couple weeks back if you want to look and see pictures and cost. - MeridaFanHasNoAP 3190.2 #28 11-13-13 10:13AMLikeReply
