Add me please! Seeing people think of others before themselves this time of year ( and anytime really) warms my heart! Thanks for the RAK! My kids would love it.
What a wonderful RAK. Please add me for 2BON2B. I am happy that I can be with my family. Never want to take that for granted. - RadiatorSprings4Ever426.6 #406 12-1-13 7:46PMLike(1)Reply
Please add me for 2BON2B for Bleyn.. It warms my heart everytime I hear about how Bleyn is wanting to donate his gift to the victims in the Phillipines in the name of The Lord. His compassion is the true spirit of Christmas😍. Thanks:) - hatgal76380.4 #475 12-3-13 9:41PMLike(1)Reply
As always, thank you for your wonderful history posts! And nice to hear that you're homeschooling your kids. We have several friends who homeschool, and their kids are the most relaxed and friendly, well-adjusted kids I've met! 👏👏 - debbiev536.4 #284 9-3-13 10:04PMLikeReply

But I didn't have much so I just left 2 pins. Nothing cool but I felt guilty leaving it empty. I'll check it before we leave at the end of the day. @secretagentangel I thought of that afterward. I was leaving the park for the day & phone was near dying. But I'm glad to see it got used to provide more RAKS! - SaVilla31.3 #4900 8-13-13 2:45PMLikeReply
If you're there at the end of breakfast, they will often gather the group together for pictures with the guests so you get them all in one shot, with the photopass photographer as well. - bluefairy641.2 #224 8-13-13 10:24PMLikeReply
Fastpasses normally run out within an hour & a half after park opening, so get them fast by the entrance of A Bug's Land! The earlier you & your party get there, the earlier your FP
window time will be. Now, as mentioned, single rider is the best way to go in the morning, IF your party is above the age of 7 and do not mind splitting up. It picks up more around noonish, so the earlier the better...single rider line is usually shorter than the wait time.
Keep in mind, day & night wait times vary from day to day, so don't always expect that the lines die down at evening to night time or vice versa. Just read everyone's suggestions and you'll be good to go!! ^_^ - iPoca.915.2 #138 7-26-13 12:16AMLike(1)Reply
Thank you everyone for the great ideas! I think we'll be able to put together a game plan from all the tips to help minimize the time we wait. Your help is much appreciated! - chuswo327.8 #627 7-26-13 5:59AMLikeReply
We stopped using a stroller around 7. But we really brought it mainly to lug stuff and then when it got late the twins would crash in it while my oldest and I rode Splash Mountain over and over!!!!
as a mama...take the stroller unless you wish to carry a sleepy child. Great place to stash snacks, too. Tie a scarf on handle for quicky identification, as strollers are moved around by CMs. - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint2807.8 #29 10-10-12 10:42AMLike(4)Reply
I'd bring it unless you are prepared to do a lot of carrying when the little one gets tired. I wish I could use a stroller forever, just so I don't have to carry all my stuff! Have fun! - MeridaFan2575.5 #32 10-10-12 10:43AMLike(2)Reply
We so glad we brought an umbrella stroller with us when my younger one was 4. There was so much walking even us adults feel tired also. And we loaded lot of stuffs on it like jackets, bottle water, backpak, etc . Really appreciate we had it, saved our backs! Even my 7 years old wants to rest on it. Can't image without it. - RapunzalK195.7 #1862 10-10-12 11:22PMLikeReply
Bring it. I milked it out as long as I could. I miss the storage and having a cup holder. Three is way too young to expect them to walk all day. - HalfCaff358.1 #525 10-10-12 11:32PMLikeReply
Besides the drop, this is my favorite part of POTC.. gives me the chills. :) Even remembering how I felt as a kid, I was always wanting to sit up on the porch with him and talk about the "olden days". - DaisyDork194.9 #1871 8-8-12 10:23PMLikeReply

I just bought the Zagg Sparq. I haven't had a chance to use it yet but it looks like a life saver in the park. I just checked the New Trent website and the Trent is on sale for $39, which seems like a sweet deal.
Lol Freddy you're so awesome I bought one to RAK off too! I'll do it after yours is done! Good luck everyone, I'll have mine ready after so you can have a second chance after this one. - MarshaMouse3502.8 #23 1-29-12 9:54AMLike(5)Reply

Awesome seems to be completely inadequate in this situation. I love two parts actually. First is the part were the are dunking the guy in the well and his wife says "don't be chicken" with a Spanish flair. The second is the auction scene. "We wants the redhead!"
Our twins started when they were 4. It was so great and they have loved it ever since. Now that they are 8, they have a ton of pins to show off from their trips and they even take them to school for show and tell.
My husband and 7 year old love to pin trade. We started her out at age 4 and now she has 100's of pins. We now have a 20 month old son that just started. Your never too young! My 20 month loves to pin trade. We just got him a small lanyard, tied a knot in the back to make it fit and started him out with 4 pins. The cast members love to trade with him and see that he actually understands how the trading works. Your kids will love it and be hooked for life! Plus it gives you something fun to do when the parks are crazy crowded. - Familyof4LoveDisney6.7 #11087 12-9-11 2:35PMLikeReply
Mads started this year when she turned 6, she loves her pins! - madsdad1726.9 #62 12-9-11 2:46PMLikeReply
You are much appreciated for sure! You are the unseen force that allows every day in the park to be a great one. Thank you!
You deserve props just for working overnight. I've done it before and it is no fun, especially when you have a family that needs your time as well. Thank you Pete for making Disneyland the magical place it is. - AgentP113.1 #3072 12-9-11 9:26AMLike(1)Reply

I wanted to pipe in that I too have never had a bad CM experience. Most of them are so over the top nice that I think they would overshadow any bad ones. Sure some are less "enthusiastic" than others but I've never experienced a downright More...
Great story!! I have met so many great CMs!! Most of the magic we have at the park is because of CMs. So I also stand and applaud this post! - SueBayou2019.4 #50 11-28-11 8:21PMLike(4)Reply
Thanks for posting this, CM's are truly amazing at DL. I've never had a bad experience, I always wonder if complainers are not just trying to get something for free ya know? - madsdad1726.9 #62 11-28-11 8:59PMLike(1)Reply
My family and I also have great times with me of cm's. I think makes our trip that much more magical and we make it a point to always go to main st. and put in a good word. I agree with thinking people are maybe trying to get something for free with there complaints?? Wth?? I see people approach cm with crazy question and unrealistic expectations and when cm can't help them exactly how they want they have a major attitude about it. Blah. - dadcanevari38.0 #4550 11-28-11 10:18PMLikeReply

My favorite thing is going to the LDS temple square in Salt Lake with the family and looking at all the lights and hearing the story of Jesus' birth. Then we always go out for cocoa afterwards. Tradition!!

Add me please! My favorite thing about Xmas is letting my girls get 1 ornament each every year...I hope that by the time they're grown women we can look back at each ornament & remember why the chose it!:) - adriz187.5 #1951 11-10-11 2:59PMLike(2)Reply
O: I would love this! My favorite thing about Christmas is that people forget a lot of their troubles and see things the way that kids do: with love, wonder, magic (and just a little greed). It's like the magic of Disney spreads itself around the world, if even for only one day in a year. It isn't perfect, but life isn't about perfection, it's about love. Also, I'm a Christian, so there's a little more to consider. Add me, please! - DelilahJo3178.7 #2070 11-10-11 4:36PMLike(2)Reply
