I think we have to be nice to a point, welcoming to a point, but when the same posts keep happening, or snarky comments are made over and over, we need to call them out, maybe as nice as we can, but they still have to be told to read the faqs, and help them fix what is wrong. The more we say , oh, it's okay, over and over, it will keep happening. And it says read faqs before you first post when you join so it is not like we are asking for anything too tough.
