11 as in 1 more than 10??? OMG...How did you do that!?! I swear, I walk every night with my dog, but when I try to jog I can barely go from here to the tree (or the bench or the trashcan) without huffing and puffing! How do you build up the endurance to run 11 miles!?! I'll keep pushing myself (and I know that being 25lbs overweight has a great impact on things), but geez...I can't imagine even running 1/2 mile without stopping! GOOD FOR YOU!
