My sister-in-law took pics of her two kids sitting in different poses in each letter, and then framed them to spell CALIFORNIA in one long frame. Very cool.
I love the Queen Mary (stayed on it last year) and the Aquarium in Long Beach is great. The whole downtown area of Long Beach is pretty cool. That would be a great stopping point for a day.
