How long does it take to drive in to the parks and get transportation? That has always been my issue with staying off site in WDW - there is already so much time spent getting from one park to another and back and forth to the hotel

I say do it! I worked somewhere fun for my last few summers before I graduated from nursing school because I will never get a chance to have this carefree summer fun once I get an RN job. Not saying that being an RN is not fun.... They are hiring for the summer now. And they will continue to hire until late may early June. I worked there for almost 2 years and I loved it! I always tell my husband if we won the lottery and could pay a nanny I would go back and be a lifer(cast member for life) but for now we have passes and that satisfies my need for all things Disney. As far as ruining the magic, it can in some ways but it adds a whole different level of magic because then your the magic maker for the guest coming in.
