I don't think some guests understand how hard we work to make their experience wonderful for them. And it's absolutely appauling (sp?) to hear that a CM was hurt. I've seen CMs get yelled at, things thrown at, hit on, and harassed multiple times. I've even had it happen to me. These guests that think they can take advantage of us or hurt us, don't deserve to be in the parks. Shame on them for hurting that poor CM and for exposing kids to violence in such a magical place. We go with 14+2on the way. Believe it or not we stay together ALL DAY. I ask who wants to do what (its sort if a Dland rally night) and always make a game plan w those wants. Remember to stay flexible and plan for snacks between meals to keep enthusiasm! Or take breaks from each other if needed. Bring plenty of patience! Also, designate someone as the leader: someone that is easy to follow when walking as a large group. Also, try to make a plan of which attractions you want to ride ahead of time, you would won't be indecisive and block the exit.
