We are and really enjoy it. It is sometimes hard to get rooms when/where we want, but we only want to stay at the Grand and it has the fewest DVC rooms. i have an iPhone4S and a Sprint subscriber.. My experience is I HAVE A TERRIBLE Connection inside the park (even during this off-season!). My Battery drains so fast because it keeps on looking for a network connection.
