To add to this, they often filmed at the backlot of Hollywood Studios at WDW. There was even a part where day guests could walk through a cat walk and watch them tape the show. Since its now gone, that part of the tour was taken out, but proves that there used to be working shows at HS. - BaseballMickey_CM 5785.4 #13 4-24-13 5:50PMLike(2)Reply
I knew that a couple MMC's were produced but I didn't know about this one.. I think it's funny these mini stars began with Disney... Seems ironic. Today, they're about as far from Disney as you can get! Personally I will always love the original Mickey Mouse Club... 'Y' because we like you! Thank you SMK! Awesome Disney History! You're the Best! - IMissDisney 1195.5 #106 4-24-13 2:58PMLike(1)Reply
I don't think I ever watched this show...I was a little too old when it started I think. It's fascinating that so many got their start on MMC! Thanks for the fun info and photo. 😊 - MinnieMousewife 726.1 #204 4-24-13 9:13PMLikeReply
This literally made my day! Love MMC and only got to watch it at my Grandma's house, I too wanted my own jacket, I still play the theme song on our piano for my kiddos 😀 - EmEJohnson 176.7 #2136 4-29-13 9:50AMLikeReply
That park replacement where the Maliboomer used to be. Eh...
I think changing Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse to Tarzan was a bad idea. I also prefer the rockets on top of the Peoplemover platform. The empty Peoplemover track is a constant reminder of what should be there. - ScooterMike 1961.4 #58 2-16-13 8:24AMLike(7)Reply
IMO Finding Nemo.... I just dont get it. Such a miserable process to climb down into that tiny claustrophobic submarine, just to watch a tv screen... Not for me. - lohofosho 784.4 #185 2-16-13 9:39AMLikeReply
I would love to see the return o the peoplemover! It is too bad they took it out. It would have been neat to have my kids be able to grow up with it. It was such a classic. Also, the front of Alice lost its charm when they had to cover up so much. Hopefully they can come up with some sort of resolution soon! It is Disney, so I am sure they will invent a way to make it work. - 7mouskedoodles 340.2 #602 2-16-13 9:57AMLikeReply
Those are cute! I didn't even know they made different ones each year. I have some I bought last summer for my girls that I forgot to give them until now, so they will have them to spend (or keep) on our next visit. Fun! - MeridaFan 3188.0 #28 1-28-13 9:44PMLikeReply
How do I buy some of these?! I didn't know they still made these! I have a very old Mickey Mouse one from sometime in the 90s haha. - checkmarkedheart 3.5 #25243 1-28-13 9:56PMLikeReply
Midway Mania at WDW does have Fast Pass and their line is usually 2 hours because of it. When I was at WDW in Oct. 2011 one of their CMs said he wished it didn't have Fast Pass because then the line wouldn't be as long. It just crawls at WDW; at least ours seems to constantly move. So, in my opinion, I hope they never Fast Pass Midway Mania. - coolbeans32 149.6 #2541 12-29-12 10:01AMLike(2)Reply
I left at 8 and the exit to get to structure and the Disneyland rd was at a stop - MarshaMouse 3639.8 #25 12-20-12 9:44PMLikeReply
We left a little after 6 and were directed back stage by the fire house to exit. It was pretty cool. We saw the Main St. Vehicles parked for the night and came out next to the picnic area. - Minnique 583.4 #284 12-20-12 9:51PMLikeReply
Today's the first time I could use the lounge on my android phone(it usually does a force close... the force must not be with me...), so even without pics, I was happy. - MamaRoo 466.4 #387 11-29-12 9:50PMLikeReply
My niece and I got stuck at that same spot for awhile and took pictures. It felt kind of eerie with the lights on and no music. Great opportunity though!
Those rude comments that you speak of weren't directed to your picture. They were replies to mexman's comment about the spit on the wall. No one was trying to be rude to you. Sorry that you missunderstood them. - LittleStarSweeper 351.6 #566 11-27-12 10:07PMLike(3)Reply
👍So hard to get those shots when its moving. - toph 2416.6 #41 11-25-12 6:33PMLike(1)Reply

Gosh I can't remember what it's called but there's a creamy tomato pasta dish at garden grill that I love, I had some super awesome Mac and cheese last time I went to club 33, and a creme brûlée from there that was delicious! - MelodyTime 255.1 #1154 11-16-12 4:58PMLikeReply
The Santa Maria Style Tri Tip from Ariel's Grotto Princess Celebration (although that's technically DCA), English toffee, anddddd...I can't decide on a third item. :/ - susieQzee 538.7 #313 11-16-12 4:58PMLikeReply
Thanks everyone! Lots of people can't tell what I am. So far I got marshmallow, whipped cream, ice cream (close). At least I haven't gotten called a white 💩 yet..... 😂 - ZeeAlice 615.4 #270 10-26-12 6:44PMLike(8)Reply
I was backstage with a lot of CMs waiting for the shuttle. I was updating them constantly with MW. They kept asking what news channel and I insisted it was MWers updating NOT The news. This was Incredable teamwork of MWers and it was very appreciated by all of us backstage! - SUUZinOC 1031.4 #134 9-21-12 6:35PMLike(5)Reply
thank you everyone! sadly I couldn't make it to see the shuttle but the MW Lounge and the mattercam made it the second best way to see history in the making! - DonaldMissingPants 299.0 #795 9-22-12 11:56PMLikeReply
