Since this is the second 24 event, the hype may not be a big deal. I could be WRONG but even with the graduates I don't see it being as crowded as last year and of course people leaving town for memorial day - warren927229.5 #1252 5-24-13 12:46PMLike Reply

THAT IS NOT A GOOD NEWS! (If that will be a reality!). The reason why i love DISNEYLAND CHRISTMAS Time is the PARADE and holiday-themed fireworks are accessible to all of the guest and you do not need to pay extra ticket for it!
This truly breaks my heart. Growing up I myself didn't get to experience many xmas because our family grew up poor.As an adult with kids going to the park at xmas time and watching the parade and fireworks had become a family tradition.we love experience it over and over again. The magic look on my kids faces was priceless and true I could buy a ticket it would be expensive on a family of 4 or to anyone and no guarantee parades or fireworks would perform as they can be cancelled at anytime or for any reason. I understand Disney is a business but xmas time is one of the busiest time of the year ,but how is it going to be to parks guest to leave early during a busy season as well. to me this is really sad news to hear and do not think voicing our concerns to Disney may help. any thoughts on this ? - pikarich616.3 #177 5-24-13 12:14AMLike(26) Reply
I normally take Disney's side when they seem to be getting beat up, but this time I'll pass. I don't like this either. I'll be seriously dissapointed if too much of the Christmas spirit is taken away on "normal" nights. - Tom3902.6 #7 5-24-13 3:06AMLike(13) Reply
I'm sorry everyone is frustrated and sad. But I avoid the parks during the hholidays because of the crowds. I end up bumped constantly and smashed and that takes the joy out of it for me. I am looking foward to enjoying the holidays at the parks without being crushed even if I have to pay a bit more. - thehatboxghost1063.2 #21362 5-25-13 1:19PMLike Reply
😢This breaks my heart! We only go to DL once a year, and it's usually at Christmas time. Now we are going to have to save even more...great - preggoprincess183.2 #1827 5-25-13 2:32PMLike Reply
i hope Disneyland will not copy the WDW style (If they want to have guest pay for Christmas party, better make sure there are unlimited supply of Hot Choco and cookies for attendants!)

Once I had a Godiva martini, two sips later I thought I was having a stroke. Lol I'm such a lightweight. I think the Godiva liqueur is strong, obviously! - PrincessDuckie588.9 #187 5-19-13 6:42PMLike Reply
Sad to say, i feel these shots are strong too :( just ask for a glass of water... The taste is strong but there is no drunk-feeling later! (Just like the long island iced tea) - otilegna 885.0 #101 5-19-13 9:42PM
