I do solo trips all the time. It gives you the time to slow down and discover all the little extra touches in both parks. Have fun and just soak it all in.
I do it at least once a week. Best part is that you get to do what you want, choose the food you want, and enjoy the parks without anyone following you around or anything like that. Also, you can take advantage of the attractions that offer the single rider option, which may cut down your wait by more than half. Also, if you're into pins, it's a great way to walk around and trade. - BaseballMickey_CM5353.1 #12 4-14-14 6:41PMLikeReply

I just went solo today for a few hours. Had lunch, shopped a bit, MW'd a lot and had a great time! - debbiev618.3 #245 4-14-14 7:05PMLikeReply
All good points!! I'm always so busy when I'm there...walking here, walking there...might be nice to just slow down a bit. - Jess023.5 #5602 4-14-14 7:10PMLikeReply
Thumper has to be the cutest character in the parks. So huggable!
My relatives destroyed my inner child. I keep meaning to ask you, do yo prefer pins over vinylmations. Or does it not really matter so long as they are cute? I am just curious, has absolutely nothing to do with my Disney cruise in June. - Lelundrial410.6 #446 3-31-14 11:53AMLike(1)Reply
Its packed. We went for a couple hiurs and left. A large portion of Dapper Day participants were lined up to take a tour on the Mark Twain....the line stretched all the way around the ROA to where you board the rafts for Tom Sawyers Island. - MoreGumboPlease209.5 #1697 2-23-14 3:28PMLikeReply
Loved waiting for the trams and trying to remember where we parked at night (usually we were one of the last cars in the lot so it was easy to find). We would have brought our PJs and our parents would change us in the parking lot so they could carry us straight to bed when we got home (West LA). I so miss those days! - msdizmaui566.2 #276 2-23-14 1:28PMLikeReply
I remember my mom and I getting lost in this parking lot! Or we ended up here because we were on the wrong tram! 😂 - ACSantos86.3 #3487 2-23-14 1:28PMLikeReply
Wow looking at this so late after studying college math for three hours I thought this photo was by the castle and I wondered how you did that-- then as I studied it I realized it's from the Train Station lol. - TrampsLady1516.6 #73 2-5-14 11:50PMLikeReply
I didn't know they were making a second one! I wonder if they're going to go "Simpson" and not age. Or super age and the Incredibles are going to be grandparents. - GoofyMom77457.5 #375 2-6-14 9:10AMLikeReply
i don't think they're making the sequel...yet. *crossing fingers* - OhanaPhoto2912.6 #29 2-6-14 11:21AMLikeReply
Thanks for this insider tip. This is not on the menu yet. They also have root beer floats and cookie dough ice cream that are not on the menu either. My Husband loved the sandwich! He had it with mint ice cream and chocolate chips. - momreen9.8 #8737 2-1-14 9:00PMLikeReply
Everyone has different tastes. I myself found this to be the worst lobster roll I have ever eaten. The lobster was overcooked and such a small amount for such a large amount of dressing. The lobster should shine not the More...
7 good sized shrimp cooked perfectly, lobster had very light, lemony dressing, and the roll was fresh and soft... easy to eat . Delicious!!!! - carminaire455.7 #379 1-28-14 2:30PMLike(1)Reply
Everyone has different tastes. I myself found this to be the worst lobster roll I have ever eaten. The lobster was overcooked and such a small amount for such a large amount of dressing. The lobster should shine not the sauce. I will agree that they got the roll right. Beautiful vessel for a lobster roll. - verolly483.7 #352 1-29-14 2:10PMLike(1)Reply
Ya know I just wanted to give these a try... I'd definitely have the shrimp again, but doubt if I'd go with the lobster again.. it was good, I just have other things I'd prefer to eat at the park - carminaire455.7 #379 1-29-14 6:50PMLikeReply

Admin. I purchased some credits (250 for $10) but only see 100 credits were added. Could you please help clarify this. Also, is this the appropriate way to address this type of issue? Thanks! - DreadPiratesRogers790.5 #173 8-6-13 11:11PMLikeReply
Love this new show..happy to see how they utilize all the different talent during the whole show. - verolly483.7 #352 8-1-13 1:21PMLikeReply
Caught a little bit of last nights rehearsal from the train station, they do the finale waving and everything even in a non dress rehearsal, love it! (Face characters were in full costume) - InnerSpaceman44.5 #4359 8-1-13 1:36PMLikeReply
Dave, make sure you take in the evening ambiance around there. Love the live hawaiian music played in the downstairs lounge. Truly the most relaxing vacation I have ever been on. The details are amazing. You will love it. I can't wait to go back in Oct. - DisneyVacationLover341.3 #580 8-3-13 8:37PMLikeReply

Fun fact about DCA...There was a third entrance into DCA that was located right next to Goofys sky school and was so guests staying at the Paradise pier hotel had a quicker entrance than having to walk through the Grand. It only lasted a couple years - Dave 10505.8 #2 7-26-13 4:13PMLikeReply
