I'm sorry they were disappointed but they should have done some research too. We drive from Phoenix when we come but I plan ahead. I research school schedules and peak times at the park. We have special needs kids so I take everything into consideration. I know not everyone can pick when their vacation time is but you certainly can be prepared for what may lie ahead.
