The frame was $30 at Michaels. They have been having a 40% off sale for like ever. Standard in stock size of 22 x 28. Used black poster board to glue puzzle to. Poster board is in stock and only a dollar. Used clear Elmer's glue on strategic pieces to keep the puzzle from sliding. Glued about a dozen pieces or so. We are a family of runners too. Find a running shoe store where they actually watch your stride and foot instep as you land. Up here we like Fleet Feet. They take time to inspect your current shoes tread and they carefully watch you run in the options they bring you. Try on numerous pairs. Don't deny a shoe for it's name, Nike may work for you, and don't go on look or style. Go with what they suggest and then ultimately feels good on you. I make a pretty mean Artichoke Dip. 1 cup real mayo, 1 cup sour cream, 1 pkg cream of Leek soup mix, 1 clove garlic, 1 can artichoke hearts in water (drained & chopped), 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Me and my wife take pics everytime they change. We have year of a million dreams,candy corn,candy cane, and the golden one the regular way. Does any one else do this? It's so hard with all the people but it's worth it.
