Here is a Disneyland historical video that I really wanted to post last week but did not have the time. This one is one of my favorites. It was a reel of footage found from the construction of Disneyland called Walts Reel that they found More...

I just watched that one yesterday and in it Tony speaks of tons of footage going up into the '70s and says something about for the grandkids but they just can't wait too long. Heck, I'm 60 now and I need to see this!!....thanks for posting this... - CVDisneyland 388.1 #548 7-23-15 5:44PMLikeReply
Very neat article and pictures on the eve of the 60th Anniversary. The slide show has quite some amazing iconic photos and some I have never seen http://www.ocre More...
Those are unbelievable, I can't even pic a favorite, soooo many celebrities and iconic photos of Walt. I kinda wish there were more years listed. #26 looks like the candlelight processional had people on top of the station...am I seeing things?? - Linzee 1121.4 #150 7-16-15 3:29PMLike(1)Reply
I collect many things, like buttons, unused FPs, and park maps. Sadly, I live in NorCal, am on college budget, and can't get there often - haven't been there for about 1 yr cuz participated in Disneyland College Program Fall 2014. If anyo More...

Considering many of you are locals, I thought this would be a good place to ask what my family should do in the three days that we have during our vacation where we will not be in Disneyland. We have already experienced Universal Studios More...
Definitely the San Diego Zoo and San Diego Safari Park, Coronado is beautiful, Gaslamp, Mt. Soledad, Seaport Village, and Balboa Park to name our favorites 😊 - OhanaPhoto 3809.3 #34 7-8-15 3:52PMLike(3)Reply
I am not local, but we were just down there and we really enjoyed the CA Science Centre. It is free to get in but you do have to pay for the special exhibits/IMAX. They have a Dead Sea Scroll exhibit right now, which does sell out, and it was interesting with a lot of ancient artifacts. They also have the Endeavour there, which is fascinating to see also. We also did SeaWorld in San Diego. I understand there is a lot of controversy surrounding it, but we did enjoy it. If you go to SeaWorld, check online about the All Day Dining pass..... $30 for unlimited meals in 4 restaurants all day long....we were piggies but loved it. - dianeburns1998 65.3 #4129 7-7-15 8:51PMLike(2)Reply
the resort parking lots ,toy story south on harbor, although some of these are usually for cms only
Is it me or is the Tomorrowland Monorail station in the wrong place? - MennisDiller 692.0 #264 7-1-15 11:10AMLikeReply
I love Toy Story parking lot! Nothing's better on a hot day than sitting on an enclosed bus with A/C...and the same goes for cold nights and hopping onto a warm bus. Shorter lines too IMO - MommyandBash 218.0 #1700 7-1-15 11:21AMLikeReply
I've never been to any parking structure & it looks like there are quite a few - UTDISNEYFAMILY 1637.4 #96 7-1-15 9:09PMLikeReply
Zazu?!? I've never seen that one. We once parked in the Simba lot. I was all excited because I love the Lion King... Then we asked a CM were the tram was and he said there isn't one... 😂😂😂 was a nice walk though! 😉 - Madgesty 111.1 #3328 7-2-15 9:51AMLikeReply
So I want to buy a new lens for my camera to capture our upcoming Disney trip especially dark rides I'm looking at a cannon 50mm 1.4 but not sure if that do it. Does anyone have any tips of best lens for low light?
50mm is good for portraits at about 5 ft away. With my t5i I use a tamron 17-55 2.8 with my ISO set at 12800, that is my all around lens & does great In dark & light but it depends on your camera as much as the lens - UTDISNEYFAMILY 1637.4 #96 6-29-15 7:27PMLike(3)Reply
