Just remember they can go up at any time, we don't get any warning as to when they will change, Disney can go in and change them when ever they decide too. Last year the changed the prices on my right in the middle of customers! Needless to say, I had a lot of mad customers that day. :-( - disneynut79 266.2 #862 9-11-12 12:40PM

I've looked at tons of post regarding the "Goat Effect" I I still don't know what it is or how it works... Can someone please explain!!😁
Sit as far back in the train as you can preferrably on the left side...watch the goat throughout that turn and the next two turns... - toph2398.5 #26 10-21-11 11:39AMLike(2) Reply
you stare at the goat completely from the top all the way around the corner until you cant see him anymore and it apparently can make you a bit dizzy is what I gather from it. I have tried it and I apparently didnt do it correctly cause I didnt get dizzy or feel icky after wards - yellowtonka237.7 #1136 10-21-11 11:41AMLike(2) Reply
Look at the goat and turn your head as needed all the way around until you can't see it anymore. With your eyes focused on the goat, your body is telling your brain one thing (speed & movement) while your eyes are telling it something else (you are stationary looking at a goat). It throws your equilibrium off and gives you a funny feeling in your stomach and other parts - SergZak3125.8 #13 10-21-11 11:48AMLike Reply
Ok....when you go over the hill with the goat you watch the goat the whole time around until you can't see him anymore. (keep your eyes on him the whole time)!! It give you the sence of being pulled back in your seat. It tickles alot more! At least that is what I get out of it! Hope this helps! - disneynut79266.2 #862 10-21-11 11:53AMLike Reply

I'm excited to make new memories! What is the fondest memory you have at Disneyland? My coolest memory would probably have to be marching down main street with my marching band. The trip itself wasn't the best because we were all grumpy, More...
Mine would have to be taking my sister there for the first time a year ago. My sister and I lost contact with each other for about 18 years. Once we found each other and she moved out here from Ohio to be closer, the first thin I did was get Disney tickets and took her. She cryed as she walked down main street and saw the castle for the first time. Which of course made me cry even harder because I knew that her love for Disney had just begun! Now it is OUR favorite place to go and make our own memories that we miss so many years of! - disneynut79266.2 #862 10-20-11 12:43PMLike(2) Reply
My 20th birthday, we rode down main street in one of the vehicles and the CM driving starting singing Happy Bday, then the whole car...then ALL of main street! lol right after that, my parents surprised me with dinner at Blue Bayou. I also met Joey Fatone that weekend too! - Armenda993.6 #89 10-20-11 12:43PMLike Reply
I've been going to Disney at least once a year since i was 3-4 yrs old. Everything at Disney holds a special place in my heart. More recently my husband and I celebrated our honeymoon there as well as our engagement. It truely is the happiest place on earth! - LolatheSlush201.3 #1605 10-20-11 12:46PMLike Reply
When I went with my best friend. I hadn't been to Disneyland in like 13 years and she brought me with them for a week. I was nervous cuz I can get homesick really quickly, but the week was so much fun that I didn't want to go home. We hit up all the rides, fireworks, parades, etc and it was just the best week of my life. Her family and her are OBSESSED with Disneyland so I think that also made a huge difference. - treradical126.1 #2628 10-20-11 12:57PMLike Reply
I'm planning a trip for me and my bf for our 2 year anniversary next december, what are some great tips for a couple to do? (my bf had a bad experiance with his ex a few years back) and hes not into disney as me:/ what should i do:/
gosh I am cold hearted. Tell himself to forget about the past and that you are his new girlfriend and its time for the two of you to make NEW memories together with EACHOTHER. Make sure he picks his favorite rides, splurge go out to a really fancy dinner! If you know what his bad experiences are do not do those! See the shows:) Smile...... and try to help him forget about the loser of his past:) - BooEve123800.3 #115 10-20-11 12:02PMLike(3) Reply
Thank you Booeve123!(: ill make sure he won't be thinking of his bad trip! I have my horrid NIGHTMARE stories Ex boyfriend stories from DL and DCA. I was with the chump for 5 years.... and well thank god I opened my eyes to how stupid our relationship was... anyways enough orpah there. I had a hard time at first with my new guy forgetting the old i guesse you can say.... and finally my BF said listen stop being a brat. So I did and now we have all these great things. We always go to the sourdough place because it is something free at disneyland :) We always do a welcome home disney kiss when we walk through the gates, we always go on POTC (when open first). He always tickles me in the dark on Indian Jones and I scream and am still scared to this day. We look for CM with Pins together... and he always leaves me as I sit there and stare at the shinnies. We always count 1-2- woot-woot right before the drop at Space Mt. We always make sure that we run to the last ride of the night because we usually have only 3 mins to make it there. We share a bread-bowl... well he get a brea bowl I eat the cut out top. I make him pick one vinylamtion, even though he always picks bad ones or duplicates hahaha, We try to see at least one firework out of the firework show, he likes rides more. Out of respect, he does not have too much to drink when we go because the triggers bad memories for me from my ex. If you get weird vibes from him try to mix it up;)! You two will make happy memories together:) - BooEve123 800.3 #115 10-20-11 12:14PM
My bf was never into Disney as a child, and he'd never been before this past August. There was a group of 6 of us that went, and at one point in time, it was just my bf and I. We didn't go on any rides, but he just wheeled me around (I fell down some stairs and hurt my knee pretty bad, so I got stuck in a wheel chair) and we talked and people watched. It was amazing simply because we were together. He still isn't a super big disney fan, but he wants to go back, so we've planned a trip this December. As for things to do, World of Color is a MUST. It is in my opinion, the most amazing show Disney has done. It was amazing to see my bf's face light up and we sat together while we watched it. Just take your time and enjoy the company. It truly is a magical place, whether or not he had a bad experience. - jamielynn138.6 #2465 10-20-11 12:32PMLike(1) Reply
