Is it kind of odd that Disney is only doing 1 villain at a time? I've been there twice to see them and i only see Captain Hook. Has this happened to anyone else?
I havent gone but I always see pics of Hook as well. They should bring out Prince John some evil witches and also some pixar villains. -

When we went on Friday, they had the evil Queen and Cruella. I asked and they said they never know who or when there will be a different character. I did find out that there is a banging sort of noise that is apparently the caldron conjuring up a villian, so if you hear that noise, you know the villian will change. Hope that helps. -
