In light of some of the responses I thought I would mention that if you look on the disneyland website it is listed as a per of purchasing a ticket package through the disneyland travel agency... So I would say yes it is still going, and if AAA offers it then they are working in partnership with disney travel. Sorry to hear it is not available to AP, but I will look into the coupon book thing to see if I can get more info. - AdamCumming114.3 #2877 12-19-12 8:07PMLike Reply

Hey all...
We are going to be at the parks the week of Christmas (22nd - 26th). We know this is insanely busy, but sanity is over rated anyway.
Our question is this... What time will people start lining up for entry in the morning More...
So in other words... with a two year old it is not worth trying to get near the front of the line. Life will be much happier for all if we just get there after full rest and breakfast... - AdamCumming114.3 #2877 12-11-12 4:36PMLike Reply
yes. but with a 2 year old, you are bound to be in Fantasyland. Earlier is better :) - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint 1841.5 #43 12-11-12 4:38PM

Thanks to all who replied. My wife followed up with member services who confirmed we can do this up to one hour before the park closes on the last day of the pass. They did say the annual pass had to be of greater value than the park hoppers. $30 to upgrade to annual pass... can't beat that. Looks like goofymamma and I will be annual passholders for the first time. That leads to another question. My disney visa gets 10% discount. The annual pass gets 10% discount. Is it one or the other or are they cumulative? Thinking of World of Disney and Pin Traders. - AdamCumming114.3 #2877 11-29-12 7:49PMLike Reply

Hi all. Got a question about Soarin'. Disney's website says height minimum 40". Our little one is 36". I thought the height requirement just meant you had to use the extra seat strap. I can't find details on the web page. Can anyone help More...
If she doesn't meet the height indicator at the frot of the attraction she will not be able to ride. The extra strap is for those who make the height requirement but are still on the short side. - lostgirl7988556.6 #206 11-20-12 8:58PMLike(2) Reply
She has to be 40 inches, sorry. She will need the extra strap until she hits a certain height marker while seated as well. - Krissy Marissy411.0 #324 11-20-12 9:02PMLike(1) Reply
I still use extra seat strap due to the fear of sliding under. - splashphotoCM882.6 #104 11-20-12 9:35PMLike(1) Reply

I am a D23 member.. I love it not only do I get the magazine we get discounts at some retail stores, restaurants , event tickets, discounted D23 Expo tickets, tours of Burbank studio that does cost, periodically other offers - sunshinegrl192.8 #1755 11-20-12 11:23PMLike Reply
I've noticed a number of posts by people wondering about height requirements. Maybe this will help. A number of years ago when my older children were 4 and 5, I created this chart. It works great as encouragement to eat well so they can grow tall enough to go on the rides. Now our newest little one who is now two is using it to see when she gets to go on rides. She is very anxious for our trip this coming christmas. The chart has pictures of each of the different rides that have height requirements at the height level for that ride. It covers both the California and Florida parks, and I have updated it for Radiator Springs. I have created a PDF of the file so it can be printed and will RAK it to anyone who wants it once I get enough points for direct mail. - AdamCumming114.3 #2877 10-31-12 8:17PMLike Reply

I finally to to 25 points!!! Now to celebrate my newfound direct mail ability. As I mentioned in my prior post, I created this height chart a few years ago. It has the images of the rides alongside their height limit. Lets the kids see their "Disney Height". It is in a pdf format and I can send the file to anyone interested. Call it my first RAK. Let me know if your interested... - AdamCumming114.3 #2877 11-16-12 1:25PMLike Reply
