If you play around on this app you will see that the attraction height requirement is in this app. Click on MW app, once it is open select the park you have questions about this will open the attractions for that park, scroll through the attraction til you find the one you need info on. Next to it is the 32" or 40" or the height requirement. You can also find a food tab which list all the eateries in the DLR and their menus and prices. Last year I waited until all the kiddies fell asleep and then went trick or treating, I didn't wait in any lines. The rides also had short waits the later in the night. You can get a good seat for the parade too it is not that crowded, just give yourself time.
