I say do it! You just have to maintain a 15 or 16 min mile pace, that's like semi power walking!! Worst comes to worse they pick you up along the way but you still get your medal... Run/walk is a good way too! - drmwshhrt 13.5 #5921 12-30-12 9:25PM
