A family man who is willing to do anything to keep smiles on the faces of his family. Annual passes helps make this happen. I am becoming a bigger Disney fan by the minute.
While on the river boat I observed the mama duck fending off 4-5 other adult ducks who were attacking a ducking. It was sad I wanted to use my teacher voice an make them stop.
Mousewaiter, I'm looking for some ideas on how to incorporate the Disney magic into our gender reveal photos. We find out the babies gender next Thursday and plan on being in the parks on Saturday to get the photos done. You are all very More...
Baby Mickey ears in the color appropriate to the gender! I did my reveal at DL back in November or December! - IDVandalSkipperCM1297.1 #63 4-15-13 2:17AMLike(2) Reply
I've always liked the stork delivery on Dumbo. You could pose by the Dumbo that is available for photos beside the ride and hold pink or blue balloons. - MamaRoo346.7 #419 4-15-13 12:21AMLike(1) Reply

Buy a couple of the Mickey balloons in the color of the gender of the baby pink/blue and then take a family picture holding them in front of the castle!💙 👶💗 Ps. Congrats! - Miss-E-Mouse795.4 #117 4-15-13 1:11AMLike Reply

With the big crowds we are knocking out all the show and avoiding the long lines. Also trying new foods that you mouse waiters have recommended! Stay hydrated on this beautiful day!

All those beautiful blooms are real, they are called bromeliads. The pineapple is in the bromeliads family. Just a bit of Jungle info from an old skipper. - BalooTBear904.4 #97 3-25-13 10:35AMLike(5) Reply

I need some information for you L.A. Area mouse waiters. I'm headed south on the 5 from Fresno on Monday. I want to avoid rush hour traffic to make it to the park before opening. What time does the traffic start to get backed up? Is there More...
To be there before opening on Monday you will want to be past downtown LA by 6:30am - CantWait1033.2 #84 3-23-13 11:07AMLike(2) Reply
On the plus side, L.A. Schools are out for spring break so that should lessen traffic. Familiarize yourself with the alt routes others have mentioned then use your phone apps like Waze or Google Maps to check traffic flow as you get closer to LA and can pick up a signal to see what looks good. Waze will give you 3 routes to pick from with approx. times which I would do once you get over the mountains into San Fernando Valley. - Westcoast61.6 #3551 3-23-13 2:19PMLike(1) Reply
We left Fresno this morning at 9:00 got to our hotel at 2:00. Traffic from Santa Clarita to DL was very heavy. Hope this helps you plan. - sewedna84.6 #3217 3-23-13 2:52PMLike Reply

Quick Question: Best place to park and why? Thanks
At the loading dock. That is were guest can get into my boat the safest and we can get into the jungle quickly.
I sometimes park at the catwalk dock but only if I need a bit of a break. - BalooTBear904.4 #97 2-11-13 9:14AMLike(13) Reply

If you are comming from the 57 then toy story lot. I don't like parking in the structure because they always put out cones at the exit ramps and make it difficult to get on ball rd to go to the 57. - ckholliday197.2 #1664 2-11-13 1:21PMLike(1) Reply
I always have to say a prayers as I try to dart all the way over to get onto ball. - aidensmama 336.5 #445 2-11-13 1:25PM
If you are like me and drive a truck with an 8' bed, then i suggest at the Toy Story lot. Easier to park and more room. Also the busses take you closer to the parks than the tram does. - ChelseyBea9.8 #6820 2-11-13 1:40PMLike Reply

Paradise Garden Grille in DCA. The longest line I've ever seen there is two people and I think the food is a freshing change from normal park food. Not to mention the lovely eating area that is NEVER crowded and I love the live music they play. Can you guys fill me in on the Lilly belle? I don't know much about it, but I keep reading post about it.
The Lilly Belle was Walt Disney's private train car that he used to entertain guests. It is named after his wife, Lilian. She personally chose the decor and furnishings, including some of the furniture from the Queen Mary and the same carpet from their Main Street Apartment. After Walt passed, the car was re-done to modern technology and now guests can ride inside as they make the "Grand Circle Tour of Disneyland". To ride in the Lily Belle, guests can go to the Main Street Train Station to reserve a time slot. - BaseballMickey_CM2858.4 #16 12-16-12 10:27PMLike(5) Reply

To add to BBM's awesome info it is best to get there right when it opens. Also they will not allow guests on the Lilly Belle if it is raining or it is too hot. They don't want to ruin the carpet from the wet shoes and there's no air conditioning in the car. - MrsSchnooks574.3 #191 12-16-12 10:57PMLike Reply
We will be celebrating my daughter 2nd birthday in the parks the first weekend of January. Looking for some ideas to make it special. Any suggestions?
Maybe try character dining or take her for a princess make over at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Although Disneyland it self is fun enough (: - AandV124.3 #2659 12-9-12 2:01PMLike Reply
Thanks. Character lunch with the Princesses is booked. - TangledsDad 192.7 #1721 12-9-12 3:08PM

Look for the stylish crew looking down at their phones. Go up and say "hi". Discuss silly things thst are happening in the lounge. Laugh at SantaMike's🎅🎤 jokes. Make awesome friends. Have many sheninagans and awesome times. Repeat when necessary. - ScooterMike1959.8 #35 12-6-12 8:45PMLike Reply

If someone posts a meet up, show up at the appropriate time and place. Introduce yourself. I find it best to hang in the Lounge, get to know people, interact / comment/ reply. That way you can get a little more comfortable :) - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint1799.3 #42 12-6-12 8:46PMLike Reply
