Love love love all things Disney! Mommy to a rambunctious 2 year old and expecting an Independence Day baby. Husband and I are both in the Coast Guard and love it!
Good morning friends! I can't believe I am going to be at the happiest place on earth the day after tomorrow! I was hoping you awesome mousewaiters could confirm a few things for me. The park opens at 9, which means we can park at 8, g More...
Yes, you can park at 8, not sure about when they let people into the gates. I've heard that they don't always do that. You don't need to go to city hall for the buttons, they have them at all the ticket booths, the hotels, many of the shops. They do usually have a cm outside just for buttons, so if you see them, don't wait in the long line. The WOC fp are at the grizzly river run distribution, and yes, these are pretty much the same as the picnic ones, except I think the picnic only has yellow and blue section, but I'm not sure about that. - bluefairy628.9 #175 4-6-13 10:34AMLike Reply
Also check with the Opera House CM for buttons, maps, and schedules. - IDVandalSkipperCM 1326.4 #62 4-6-13 10:40AM
I'm not sure about the opening times or crowds because our family can never get their in time lol but the fast passes are next to GRR right to the left.... - disneyRocks0125964.2 #12995 4-6-13 10:44AMLike Reply
And you can get a WOC fast pass and attraction FP at the same time. - MrsSchnooks713.6 #142 4-6-13 9:57PMLike Reply
Just booked reservations for Blue Bayou and Cafe Orleans for our trip in April. Yay!! Had to cancel reservations for Carthay Circle after reading reviews about it not necessarily being kid friendly (at least for a wild and crazy 2 year More...

Hello everybody. I am getting ready for my trip to the parks on April 8 and 9 and was wondering what the parks are like at open? I would like to be at the gate as soon as the parks open, but was curious how busy the parking garage and t More...
I'd estimate 45 mins early. 15 to pay and park, 15 for tram, 15 to get in DL. Add more time if you have to buy tickets. Gates open 30 min before rope drop so it's nice to explore main street a bit before opening. Have fun! - JenGwen323379.9 #363 2-17-13 10:36AMLike(1) Reply
We always try to go in the early early morning right when the park opens and have always had fantastic luck. We always do Toy Story Lot and haven't had to wait. Then as far as the park goes, today even, it looks really pretty busy now, but we were there for rope drop and managed to do everything in fantasy land (with the exception of Peter Pan which my lil one doesn't like... I know I know, crazy huh?!) within an hour. We try to get there when it opens and then bail as it's getting busy. I do think the big kid rides like space mountain and such get busy early because everyone wants to get them in! Just my 2 cents... :) Congrats and good luck! - LoveDland302.4 #612 2-17-13 4:23PMLike(1) Reply
I love mornings! Even though the lines are long everyone spreads out once inside. Highly recommend. Lines are shorter so you get more rides in. Enjoy all the shows, there are so many talented performers for you to see. Enjoy! - PrincessDuckie590.8 #190 2-17-13 11:23AMLike Reply
Thank you so much for all of the input! For all of the times I have been to Disneyland in my past, I was never there for the rope drop...in fact, I am ashamed to say I wasn't even aware that it happened. I am also excited to do Main Street while we wait. Thank you all! - CountryBearTrixie210.8 #1512 2-18-13 6:43AMLike Reply
