What an awesome RAK!! Add me please! Although it's not much of a secret - I love the whole underground area at Disneyland and the Magic Kingdom that allows cast members to get around the park without being seen. I heard that there are lines that characters have to cross before they can drop character because anything beyond that is visible to guests. The thought that went into creating the Disney "experience" is always so impressive to me! My mom worked at Disneyland when she was younger and she tells a story about someone losing a shoe during one of the parades and how they got in trouble because there are cameras that watch them all the time. They argued that some guests spend their savings on Disney vacations so they need every moment to be magical for them. The workers messed up and put in an odd number of lights there fore couldnt keep the red and white lights. So he had one bulp painted red and white. Mine doesn't compare, but last year, my mom won WOC preview tickets to see it before the show came out to the public. She was the right caller on the radio, and said "I'm gonna be mom of the year!" We all made her shirts that said I'm with the mom of the year and drew fountains on them. We all wore our shirts to the preview, and it was great. A CM let us ride the Lilly Belle just because. We told him we wanted to ride the caboose and he said it wasent the caboose and had to wait. So my boyfriend and I sat down in the second to the last seat on the Disneyland RR when he came up to us again and pointed to us. He said "you two" and motioned us to go to him. We got nervous cause we thought we were in trouble. He then said "because you asked about the caboose we will let you ride here" and it was the Lilly Belle! . We had no idea and we were the only ones In there. We went from Mickeys Toontown all the way to NOS. Best day of my life!!
