I heard it through the grapevine that now that Disney has acquired Marvel that we will be seeing Marvel Universe characters roaming CA ADV in 2012.

I think it's more than a Universal vs Didney thing. The Marvel Universe does not mesh well with Disney visually or thematically in my opinion. I had some Disneyland visitors from Arizona come by to eat at my restaurant after there Disney trip. I helped them by giving them directions to there hotel in Norwalk. I hope they made it. I hate being out of town and lost.
