I was supposed to be working a flight out of JFK that day, but had traded it for one later in the week...It was an odd spectacle watching this all from home. I was VERY ANGRY with my children's teachers who felt the need to have the televisions on in the elementary school classrooms KNOWING my sister and I were flight attendants and forcing my children to watch the planes fly into the buildings over and over again! Had I known the towers had been attacked, I probably wouldn't have sent my children to school that day. If I had known they were going to force my young children to watch this I would have picked them up and brought them home! This event had a lasting effect on adults, but can you imagine what watching a plane flying into a building and bursting into flames does to a child of a flight attendant or pilot!! :( A sad day for all!! :( - CAdreamer

Yeah water intake will do it but your body will adjust. Just one thing I was told was watch your salt intake. Don't cut it out just buy low sodium and try to avoid canned foods since they are high in salts. Everybody and every pregnancy is different that's why it's such a great adventure. - Smart.tea
