Can anyone post pics of the concierge lounge at the Paradise Pier Hotel?
I work there... But the only pictures I currently have are just of how the food is set up. I've been off too.. But when I go back I can take some. It's really nice. And if you are a guest at the hotel and don't have access you can ask the front desk for a tour and they will take you up to see it. =) - CMJenKWorth

My husband got this for me while we were at the parks this week for our 7th anniversary!! I love it!!!
As I was scrolling through the pics...I saw my purse! I just got this for Christmas from my MIL, and I love it! I also have an adorable little bag that goes inside that has a black background with white polka dots, and a red mickey head to put my iphone, glasses, etc.

About 5 years back.... We had a Lead Disney Animator for character design come to my animation class to talk to us. We were given the task to share a character concepts and animations with the gentleman.... So I shared my idea, some short animations, characteristic bio, as well as the 360* of my character. About a year later... a new cartoon comes out on the Disney Channel.... the gentleman was on the animation team... and the main character is a spanking image of my drawing as well as her characteristic bio. If it's just you and the hubs look into the Hotel Menage. It's a bit of a walk, but very close if you drive to the parking structure. It's a boutique hotel geared towards adults with a 24 hr pool and fireworks viewing deck. - mandigutterrose

No, the selection is pretty much the same online as in the parks. There is a number called deliverears that will allow you to purchase any resort item from the parks and ship.it to you. They announce candy cane making days in advance. You go stand in line. Last year a friend of mine stood in line for two hours to buy two (the max #) candy canes. She said everyone was in a good mood and it was fun. Hope that helps. - SorcererMky

It helps with the planning of it. I've been to WDW once before, six years ago for my honeymoon but it was sooo big and I didn't realize everything that was there. So in our planning for taking our son we want to make sure we see everything we want and know about all that WDW has to offer. Don't laugh, but I've sent an entire cake by UPS before! I found a tuperware that fit it perfectly, used big marshmallows to cushion the sides (only the top was frosted) & marked the box THIS SIDE UP in red marker! What's one Disney item you remember having but don't any more but you wish you still did? Mine would be the Dopey Watch I had as a kid. I wore it until the band fell apart and then I think the watch part got lost in a move. So sad...
I had a Disneyland charm bracelet I bought in Fantasyland when I was about 9. The charms were the letters spelling out Disneyland in the traditional DL font and each letter had a pink or blue faux gem in it. I thought it was beautiful and wore it everywhere. I may still have it somewhere. - BLG

Correction...just found it on Amazon for $23.99. The one I got was a Disney Park edition that included the monorail bonus piece so I don't know if that is included in all editions. - MinnieBuccs

I work for a bank and sometimes when I'm counting the money it smells like the POTC water...I don't know if it's just me and the fact that I'll be in the park in less than a month or if it really smells like that!!

What is your earliest memory of Disneyland? Mine is when my dad gave me this while we sat waiting for Main Street Electrical Parade. I was about 5 yrs. old. I remember how excited I was because IASW is my favorite ride!!

All those that have watched WOC from Ariels Grotto with dinner is it better than getting the fastpasses? How is the view from their?
I really LOVED where we sat w the Arielles. It was front and center, preferred seating. I have never done the fastpass but I hear it's a gamble because you never know what your getting - DisneylandChick11

I need some help finding a good hotel in San Diego. We are doing 4 nights in Anaheim and 4 nights in San Diego for our upcoming trip. I've never stayed in San Diego before. Any recommendations?
We stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn in Hotel Circle and was great beacuse we went with a big family and there were 2 rooms, a living room, and kitchenette. Close drive to SD Zoo. We stayed there 2 yrs. ago and at that time was pretty decent and had just been remodeled. - MimiMouse
