Born & raised in Orange County. Disneyland has always been a huge part of my life as I lived down the street from the park(s) most of my life. Now hubby & I get to create magical memories with our 2 wonderful children.

How do we go about seeing the Aladdin show? Do we still need a FP or is it first come first serve now?
Great show! The Genie keeps the jokes relevant. No bad seat. It's long, like 45 minutes. And no bathroom in the building so plan for that. - Taunton   3065.2 #58 5-8-15 8:26PM Like(1)  Reply
They don't do fast passes. You go stand in line. Last couple times I've had to stand in line for 30-45min to get a good seat. I have seen people run up at the last minute before doors close and they have to go all the way to the top of the theater for seats. - thatgirljenn   1988.8 #101 5-8-15 2:52PM Like  Reply

Thanks everyone! We were missing our 16 year old daughter that day. I'll be able to post an updated picture with her in it on the 22nd :) - ocmama   53.8 #4995 8-8-13 11:59AM Like  Reply

Need advice. Trying to decide between Minnie & Friends breakfast at 10:30 a.m. or Goofy's Kitchen dinner at 5pm. Anyone done both and prefer one over the other?
Goofy's Kitchen for the food, Plaza Inn for the cuddly characters (this does not include Cptn Hook). - Linzee   2136.8 #92 8-6-13 9:45AM Like(2)  Reply
I have done both and I agree with this. - keepmovingforward  275.9 #1248 8-6-13 9:50AM

We've done both several times now over many years. I'm not a fan of Goofys. The characters interactions are MUCH better and more frequent at Minnie's and I think the plaza in the park is just the most perfect and beautiful setting. I don't think we'll ever pay for Goofys again. Only reason I'd be tempted is the PB&J pizza πŸ˜„ - Sweet_Irish_Cream   4410.2 #43 8-6-13 10:38AM Like(1)  Reply
And mornings in the park are so fun! It's just such a fun way to start the day with breakfast in the park with all your favorite characters! Such a great memory! 😊 - Sweet_Irish_Cream  4410.2 #43 8-6-13 10:41AM

I have a 5yr old and we did Minnie and friends 2 weeks ago and we loved it! Even though I've had my AP for many years now this was the first time we ate there and was so worth it. I was told the characters can change. We saw, Minnie, chip n Dale, hook, fairy godmother, perla, rafiki , Winnie the pooh, tigger, eyeore, Pluto. I know there was a couple more I can remember. But the plus is Minnies is inside Dland so it convenient.hope this helps an have fun :) - minniel0verTM   222.8 #1853 8-6-13 3:03PM Like  Reply
Also the characters come so much it's hard to eat lol but that's a good thing. And Def make a rsvp - minniel0verTM  222.8 #1853 8-6-13 3:05PM
Perla? I felt there was way more interaction at Minnie's then we have ever experienced at Goofy's. - EmperorsHandLelundrial  1097.2 #207 8-6-13 3:08PM

Hi everyone! I use MW all the time, but this is my first post. I live in Anaheim so the park is right down the street for me. Just trying to kill some time until our passes are unblocked...mid August.
Welcome! I'm waiting right along with you. Can't wait until next month. - HalfCaff   734.6 #323 7-17-13 6:55PM Like  Reply
