Disney Fanatic! Eat,Sleep,Dream Disney.. I live in Northern California and have been to the parks at least 1-2 times a year of my whole life. My parents raised us on Disney and now I'm doing it for my kids.

From what I heard a child removed their seat belt while the raft was in motion and fell out. When I asked a cast member what happened because my son was stuck on the ride and was one of several people to be walked off, he said that it wasn't a mechanical problem but a guest incident. Does anyone know if RSR does parent swap? My daughter isn't tall enough and I would hate to have my sister wait with her for possibly 2+ hours while I wait in line or can she be in the line with us and exit later on in the queue?
While in line for RSR two weeks ago, I heard a couple ask a CM the very same thing and they were told they'd have to wait in line again. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but that's what I heard. It's official! We are finally getting to our final trip of the year. We leave for the park early on Dec 2 and staying at the Cortona Inn and Suites. Has anyone stayed there before? Any comments? It's our first stay here.
