That is tough. Some are able to do mind over matter while that does not work for everyone. To me it's like a diet not one fits all. You just have to keep trying to try different things to find what works best for you. And, when that no longer works try again. I suffer from vertigo and spent a year in bed...literally! You just have to keep fighting and when you can't fight anymore....you have to reach out for help. I am such a pushover. Every time I talk to my boss about the job my friend's husband offered me, I get the guilt trip. Seriously when I went back yesterday the cranky girl, knowing why I was gone, just started yelling at me and it devastated me and I had to go home. When I came back later to "talk about it" I was pretty much told I needed to suck it up and stop being so sensitive. These are supposedly my friends.
