It is such a gloriously low crowd day at Disneyland... And what do my kids want to do? Go swimming! 60 degrees... yes, I even did the waterside.

I happened to be walking down Main St the other day during this, and I was so moved by how almost everyone on Main St stopped in their tracks to put their hands over their hearts for the star spangled banner. I'm sorry they were disappointed but they should have done some research too. We drive from Phoenix when we come but I plan ahead. I research school schedules and peak times at the park. We have special needs kids so I take everything into consideration. I know not everyone can pick when their vacation time is but you certainly can be prepared for what may lie ahead.
