I bought some firm Tofu at Costco and it's my first time cooking it for dinner, Does anybody have a easy recipe?

YAY! Heres my advice: When you get to the hotel.. look at the extra magic hours schedule, and AVOID THAT PARK WITH EXTRA HOURS! It saved us a ton of crowds.. Also, did you make dinner reservations yet?! Go online and I think you can even see the hours there.. and plan out your meals accordingly. You WILL NOT be able to get a sit down meal ANYWHERE on the resort for dinner as a walk in. Yes! I've had my Digital Rebel almost since they first came out and have been lusting after something new lately. I kind of want to go Nikon but I already own several lenses fir the Canon mount and would have to start all over. I've never taken my camera to the park, but it's on my list if things to do soon. How many lenses do you take with you?
