Captian Jakob also told us that his usual job is working Fantasmic driving both boats and told us some of the fun things they do during the shows. He said sometimes when he shoots the cannons he tries to have the smoke hit the trees to Creat smoke rings. He was pretty funny and was kind of a hipster Captian. There is a CM Ranger at Redwook Creek Challenge Trail doing rubber ducky races in the stream. The kids have to quack to make them go faster!!! They catch the duckys at the small log bridge. Is pretty cool!!!

Just found this. Got it for LilBird when he was a baby. The Sun Wheel was the first ride at DLR he rode. He was 7 weeks old!!! I love the Mickey that's there now but this brought back great memories!!

I would really check out what soup of the day is or what the daily specials are, they seem to always wow me...if its your first time, I would do an appetizer of the rabbit meatloaf or the diver scallops, the beef tartare is OK and I would not suggest it..I'm not sure if the menu has changed yet so they might still have some deer or goose still on the menu if you like a little otherwise they always have good steak or fish choices..if you want something to share that is just a pure delight no matter how many times you go....TRUFFLED MAC AND CHEESE!!!!!! you cant go wrong..try and get the chefs table though, thats the way to go - Dave 8639.2 #2 1-24-12 11:26PMLike(2) Reply
