Oh yes! Although, many Disney cacti have their spines clipped, or are lesser-armed varieties. They have truly wonderful succulents in the park. - abudoggie 12.0 #6233 4-14-13 7:17PM

Help! I can't seem to lose any lbs. For the last month nothing what am I doing wrong? I track my points don't go over never use my weekly points please help me understand what I'm doing wrong. HELP!
I believe that's hitting the dreaded "plateau". When this happens to me, I switch up my exercising routines (ex. Workout for 15 minutes longer, add a new workout, etc.) or I try to go carb free for a few days. Hope this helps! - PirateQueenBriezy291.4 #662 7-31-12 9:14PMLike Reply
I definitely change something up even if it means breaking from the strict diet for a few days. - Squirtortue311.1 #556 7-31-12 10:18PMLike Reply

Big moment in my weight loss journey. I've dropped a couple sizes and instead of keeping the larger size I got rid of them. I'm never going back. ๐
That's what I do too! Also I never buy clothes in a larger size- I don't want to "grow into them". - PirateQueenBriezy291.4 #662 4-29-12 11:24AMLike Reply
I have clothes from size 12 to 24. As I get smaller my closet will as well. Something has just clicked in my head I feel better then I have in years. I know this is a long journey and at times I will struggle but that's ok. For now I'm downsizing my closet. - Missymoo402.4 #328 4-29-12 12:22PMLike Reply

I've experienced almost the same thing. I hit a plateau that has lasted for months now, but everyone tells me I look like I'm still losing. My hubby says it is because I am building muscle and that weighs more than the fat. So keep it up....eventually the scale will budge again. ;0) - D55CR245.4 #1051 4-10-12 10:22AMLike Reply

Ok ok I went to Jack in the Box last night, 3 cheese sticks and 2 Tacos. I just had to admit that. I'm at the end of week 6 with WW and some how ended the day with 20 points. I used 17 of the points geez still making bad choices.
Ok it's the end of week 4 with WW and I'm 3 lbs lighter. When I entered my weight into the tracker it told me I was losing to fast. What the heck I'm just following the program. Any advise???
I've gotten that message a few times as well, I do WW online. Just make sure you are meeting your daily points and you'll be fine. I think inthe beginning you see big numbers, especially if the portions are a lot smaller than before the program. Congratulations! - LisaMouse7531409.1 #318 2-28-12 1:14PMLike Reply
Sounds like your losing at the right pace. I wouldn't worry about what it says. Keep up the excellent work! - NingyMouse378.4 #359 2-29-12 6:23AMLike Reply
I just want to say that it's generally nothing to worry about if you lose more than 2 pounds/week every once in awhile, especially at the beginning or if you're just losing 2.5 or 3 pounds. However, it's dangerous for any length of time if you're not being closely monitored by a physician. Some physicians will recommend extreme dieting or even surgery in extreme cases if the benefits of rapid weightloss outweigh the risks of obesity. My mother-in-law is on a very low-cal diet, but she's on a program with Kaiser and goes in for meetings with a doctor, EKGs and has her blood drawn for testing regularly. - Spoonful_O_Sugar436.3 #285 3-3-12 7:16AMLike Reply
I'm following the program but I very seldom use any of my weekly points. I'm eating more fruits and veggies then I have in years. My energy level is great and I walk about 3 miles a day. I will be careful cuz I'm trying to improve my health not make it worse.
