Ok it's the end of week 4 with WW and I'm 3 lbs lighter. When I entered my weight into the tracker it told me I was losing to fast. What the heck I'm just following the program. Any advise???
I've gotten that message a few times as well, I do WW online. Just make sure you are meeting your daily points and you'll be fine. I just want to say that it's generally nothing to worry about if you lose more than 2 pounds/week every once in awhile, especially at the beginning or if you're just losing 2.5 or 3 pounds. However, it's dangerous for any length of time if you're not being closely monitored by a physician. Some physicians will recommend extreme dieting or even surgery in extreme cases if the benefits of rapid weightloss outweigh the risks of obesity.
