I've never been to the parks for spring break but now that my wife works at a school I have to go with the masses. Any advice?

If youre going on pirates, take the left line. Way faster
if it's busy, the left queue wraps around past the raw sewage smell, past The Robinson's treehouse and to the side of the building. The right side you get more of the action, enticed by the aroma of clam chowder and get to view NOS - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint1772.5 #42 3-15-12 3:23PMLike(5) Reply

Last time we were there a couple weeks ago the left side also had an overflowing garbage can and fresh puke in the line- I'm sticking to the right next time. - Dumbomom308.3 #568 3-15-12 3:56PMLike Reply
I agree...I like the right better an the loading zone is further back so the line is almost shorter than the left side! - akpoppins243.3 #1064 3-15-12 3:56PMLike Reply

It wasn't for me. I liked getting the first 5 for cheap but then the additional ones you had to purchase were way overpriced and took a while to arrive. I always forgot to decline the movies I did not want as well. I wouldn't do it again. - Nicole380.2 #353 1-27-12 4:40PMLike(1) Reply

Wow - I went to DL last week and I still haven't recovered. The regular hour jet lag plus losing the daylight savings hour was brutal. Anybody got tips on getting back into the groove?
Let me start by saying I know nothing about jet lag. But if I were you I would go all George Costanza and do the opposite of what you think you should do. So, I would try to NOT sleep as much as possible. Did I mention that I know nothing about jet lag? - GooberForest234.8 #1169 3-18-11 6:03AMLike Reply

Thank you Disneyland for a great 3 days. I am sore. I am grateful for the memories with my sweet little ones and I look forward to returning to this magical place.
WOC question. I'm going next Thursday or Friday. How early do I need to campout at the DCA entrance either day so I can make it to the fast pass area? Also, is it going to be hard to get 12 passes to the same area?
I would be there at 10:00-10:30. And the CM will help your group stay together . - minnietink218.5 #1371 3-3-11 6:34PMLike Reply
As long as each ticket has been "scanned" through the entrance, shouldn't be a problem to get the same area. If not, let the CMs know your group has been separated and they should be able to let you all in the same zone. - StephiePooh572.6 #191 3-3-11 6:35PMLike Reply
We only needed one person with all the passes to wait in line and get FP. I don't think they want large groups clogging the lines. That was just our experience. If your staying on property you can go in an hour early to pick up FP. - CravingDisney150.1 #2288 3-3-11 7:45PMLike Reply

They aren't the same. The cheaper option gets you either the blue or yellow section fastpass. (you won't know till you pick up your picnic meal). Also you stand in line with a huge unorganized random crowd an hour before the show starts. The sit-down meal gives you a preferred viewin section which is in between blue and yellow and is the best option in my opinion. - teaparty60.8 #3555 11-9-10 9:42AMLike Reply

Yes about 5 to 10 minutes? Then there are ropes across the path at GRR and ITTBAbug that drop at opening time. - CantWait1033.2 #83 7-12-10 8:21AMLike Reply
Some days they pre-open Main Street and some days they keep you at the main gate until opening. I don't know what determines the procedure - it doesn't seem to have anything to do with Magic Mornings. - PrinceCorey4242.2 #6 7-12-10 9:12AMLike Reply
