It's Unfortunate...but, you never know why she was in such a rush. She could be sick, looking for a lost child, sick family member,anything. At least she acknowledged it and said sorry, but for some unknown reason, she had to rush off. If u haven't been on them it's worth the wait.. I waited 4.5 hrs for RSR.. I recommend to of course bring water and bring some snack.. They have ppl selling ice cream, popcorn an water in the lines... I know it's not fun when rides breakdown, but it's a given.. No matter if it's Disney... But it's a new ride and by how many ppl r going on it every minute I could see how hard the ride is working..
