One one hand, a rather cool perk and a great photo op. I saw a little plug for the GWTS ears on channel 5 morning news today. Might even be a nice photo op for Disney. On the other hand, it also seems like a bit of a marketing ploy. Oh well, give and take. - DizKahuna

I welcome the marketing ploy. It makes me sad that so many people have the ears but never wear them in the park at night. Disney worked so hard to make them perfect and enhance each show. I actually heard some people talking about them saying I wouldn't buy them, they're too distracting for those who actually want to watch the show, but they have never seen the show with a section full of ears for the full effect. Many Disneyland guests are missing this amazing experience that so many of us had the pleasure of viewing already. I really enjoyed this ride more than I thought. It really is fun. I will be sure to ride on it again once it officially opens. It was great to do the early preview day today.
It is fun. Speaking of "blast" there are metal vents on the floor that blast out air. Kinda like an air hockey table. Anyways, any of you ladies who wear any kind of dress you may want to be careful. You might have a Marilyn Monroe moment. Lol - anthony91765

I loved this ride! For some reason we all got a second round and by that time everyone had the gist of it. It's better when you ride it single because your tire moves so much faster. And you have to ram eachother altogether squishing the balls between you in order to make them bounce up. Some groups didn't quite get the concept and just floated around :/ - JNewie

I see that the park attendance is 92/100. How can this be enjoyable. People crammed like sardines,getting pushed and stepped on, and really how many rides can you get on with wait times like 130 minutes for Haunted Mansion. I love Disneyl More...

AdventurelandFam: try opening and closing and take a ciesta during the day, lol! That's how we do it ;). Bigclown, MM are one hour before the park officially opens, so prob. 7 am. Some people get there really early, but we shoot for 10-15 minutes prior to gates opening. - Spoonful_O_Sugar

Update. POTC stalls and leaves riders in area where man on the porch with his dog and they are removing riders from the boat closest to the dock area and then moving forward having the riders climb over seats and into the boat behind them until they get to the loading area. - anthony91765

I actually was stuck on potc once, but years ago. the area was where the ship and the fort are battling. all of us riders were getting tired of the dialogue so we shouted for them to turn it off, which they did. yet, it got really eerie watching the captain move and the cannons going off but no sound so they turned on the lights. we got to see the magic behind it all and it was neat! then cms came out with these rubber/waterproof pants and pushed each boat back till it reached a secret cm entrance. it is just in front of where captain blackbeard is projected on the fog. we got to go through the entrance and saw very neat things. it was crazy seeing all of this. it was like we got a backstage pass. the time we were stuck on the ride Washington just about 3hpurs. - SammyJo

I am looking for the R2D2 souvenir popcorn bucket that I saw posted here on MW. Any help where I can find it would be awesome. Looking to get my 5 year old son one today while here in the park.

Inside there is mint chocolate mousse with whip cream topped with red and green chocolate sprinkles and a a Mickey face mint chocolate candy! Sooo yummy. The buckets for the popcorn were not on sale as of my visit last night when I got this sweet treat in my pic above. - anthony91765

I thought it was just a light rain this morning, but somehow it turned into snow when it landed on the castle in Disneyland. Cool huh???
