Juan was a gate cm who gave me a hard time last year. I had been signed in (blockout date) and my "hubby" and I split up for a few hours, but were going to meet up later. Unbeknownst to us, our tickets had been mixed up in the morning and the cm berated me in front of everyone and would not listen when I tried to explain that I just had the wrong ticket. He wouldn't give it back to me either. Hubs had to leave the fantastic dessert seating to clear up the snafu.
