The DVC CM's were not high pressure salesmen. I recommend talking to the CM at the info cart and making an appointment with the salespeople so you can get the specific information you need. We talked to the salespeople a few timed. Cost is probably $100 - $120 a point and you have to buy 160 points minimum. It is a real estate purchase (timeshare), so there is a ton of paperwork. If you finance, interest is tax deductible. Loan is up to 10 years and can be paid off early with no penalty; Disney's interest rate is high. You can transfer/will the membership to your children. It is important, and Disney did emphasis this to us, that you need to figure out how you vacation and how often you vacation. You will need to be on top of planning vacations in the future if you join. For the "right" people, I think it's a good deal. Photos of the park and happy MW posts make my stress melt away, also makes me lose track of time neglect my work and forget to clean my house! So when I leave the page and see the mess I quickly log back in!!

He has never said mean things to the other kids but during t ball he told one of the coaches that they were dumb, the coach moved him in the middle of the game and they are not supposed to. I reprimanded him for the way he said it but I also told him I agree with him standing up for himself. So now when he disagrees he politely asks the coach or other player with parent present to explain. Does anyone else get overwhelmed feeling like they have to try and fit everything in just in case you don't get the chance to go back for a long time? Or is it just me?
