Loved it. Went on the weekend cruise this past year. Food was great, rooms were fantastic, service was awesome, and the boat was like one giant, Disney Hotel! We drove down the LasVegas strip last nite and noticed a bunch of people in disney costumes. They had buckets in front of them to collect money. People were actually paying to take pictures with them at 1 in the morning. Weird.

If you have APs I would get the premier pass for both Ca and Fl. I think it saves money on park tix so you can have your AP in CA for the year and in Fl during your trip. It really depends on how long you will be at wdw. If you are at the world for 4 days or more then the $249 each to upgrade to the premier pass is worth it. Even if you don't upgrade all four you should consider upgrading one so that mom or dad gets AP prices on hotels, dining, merch, etc. Stay at a value resort (all star, pop century). We have done it the last three years. We take the kids out the week right after Thanksgiving. There is no standardized testing or too much going in school at that time. We arrive on the Sunday right after Thanksgiving and head to California Adventures. Pretty quiet by then and then go to Dland Mon/Tues. We fly home Wednesday early evening.
