Does anyone know: If I bought mickey ears a while ago and I want my name embroidered on the back, can I do that or do I need to show the receipt as proof of purchase from that day?
Unfortunately they now charge for embroidery:(. Unless you paid for embroidery and never got it done, you'll have to pay for it. Bummer I know:( - MagicFeather

I went about 3 weeks ago and my sister wanted her hat embroidered but we bought it in Sept. They said they couldnt do it without a receipt. So that kinda sucked. - micamouse89
