Hi. I heard this a few weeks ag on on a radio show and tried it. Pretty much what the feller was saying was that when you go grocery shopping, decide if you're buying food or buying calories. If you choose food, a safe bet is to shop around the rim of the store. That's most like;ly where the fresh produce is. Avoid the middle aisles of the store where most of the high calorie and processed things iz be. Does that help?
