Not Disney related but does anyone know what helps with insomnia? I have been having a hard time falling asleep lately. I guess I have to much on my mind (school work). I just need sleep.
I just read an article that said to make sure you turn off all your lights, tv, radio etc. It said that any outside stimulus interferes with how you sleep and prevents you from obtain I deep sleep. I'm always falling asleep with something on though, I have a irrational fear of not waking up when I sleep. Having the tv or radio on makes me feel like I'm connected that will help me wake up, I know it's strange lol. - Sam241475.6 #254 3-16-11 12:01AMLike Reply

To me it's comforting to know that there are other people who love both Disney products and the park itself as much as I do. After working there, I was starting to think people were kindof jaded to Disneyland, but its nice to know other people still believe in the dream and the magic :D - eldamien14.1 #5812 3-14-11 12:10AMLike Reply

I have tons because I'm a teacher! Which area are you student teaching right now? I would dedicate each board to a character: writing board is red, black, yellow, and white for Mickey and have a Mickey head for each students' profile on the board. Use Disney font. Title is something like, "Magical Writing.. blah blah"; for door, do "Happiest Classroom on Earth" and with each students' picture on door wearing a Disney hat you have. Math board you can make it Up theme with real balloons, yarn, and paper... "Flying 'Up' High with Mathematics"... Those are some ideas from top of my head. - LisaKL748.4 #135 1-11-11 11:55PMLike Reply
