Is Club 33 exclusive only to Disneyland? If so, do the other Disney parks have exclusive clubs like Club 33? (photo is from disneylandclub33.com)

I love POTC, but I couldn't enjoy it. This guy 2 rows behind me kept taking pics using his flash. With all of the flashes, all that was missing was a dj.
Does no one ever say anything to people taking flash pictures in dark rides? Or talking really loudly, to the point where it makes the ride unenjoyable? This isn't directed at you, Jazmin, so don't take it personally. I've seen a few similar post lately. Myself, if people are doing either of these things, I politely ask them to stop (flash photos) or to keep their voice down. So far, I've been met with a polite response.
