Delete, then reinstall (again & again)...seems like you're having a hard time. That's about all I can recommend to ya. If anyone is still having problem you need to delete from your phone, sync the phone. MW will still be in iTunes, but unchecked. Recheck it and sync your phone again you should see a message that the MW app is being reinstalled. Login with your userid and password. If you forgot your password do not select new user.
