Hi. Has anyone seen the Christmas lights necklace with giant bulbs that lights up? Hoping it's still around on new years. We got one before Christmas but toddlers killed it in a day. We need another :D.
Mine broke in less than a few hours of wearing. They didn't have anymore and so cheerfully refunded my money. Nice lady also said that they sadly, had lots if returns. Great idea, yet faulty. I liked mine while it lasted though. - Blissfull1

Just had an earthquake (3.3 Los Angeles). Hope everyone is okie. Scared us, it was very loud. I wonder if Disneyland felt it.
Disneyland is not fun during an earthquake. They close every single ride down till maintenance crews check for structural damage! Takes a few hours. - topdisneymom

I wish there was a type of perk for APs that let u take a guest to dland for maybe $20 or something and limit once a month heehee
I talked to my husband about the possibility of DL offering monthly payments, like a gym membership. You can cancel whenever you want. He made a good point. Say the monthly fee was $40, and it was ongoing till you quit. Tons of people would sign up for one month, then cancel so they could go to DL for $40 instead of full price. Disney would lose tons of money - ERICKA

We still love wall*e, monsters, toy story 3, and up. Sometimes we watch chuggington but are still extremely loyal to Thomas and friends.

IMO there is no where to walk away if a baby starts crying on a ride. If you have a great noncrying child then be my guest but if it's not then that's a different story. Had a bad experience once - calpolyDLlover

How far do u think it is from the gate to the furthest point, maybe toon town? And dca, too, the gate to the boardwalk maybe?
On Google earth, if you draw a straight line from the front gates of DL to the back to ToonTown, its about 0.4 miles, which converts to 2200 feet - BaseballMickey_CM

You can't beat the Grand if you have little kids. They have a pack n play in every closet and you can just zip in and out when it's nap time. Worth every penny just for location - Missshelly

We normally stay at desert inn which is directly across the street. We stayed in the grand Cali once. From out experience, the walking from the grand to Disneyland entrance was just the same as walking from desert inn to the entrance. Into Cali adventure was shorter but we never go there first since it opens after Disneyland. And the grand rooms were not bigger than desert inn. Just had 2 sinks instead of one. It's an experience but maybe wait til both kids are older to enjoy the pool and stuff. - brodysmommy
