Hello MouseWaiters!!! It's time for my annual NYE Map RAK!!! As I've done the past two years I will be spending my NYE at The Happiest Place on Earth. I will also be picking up 15 pairs of NYE maps to send to you lovely people. Please ema More...
Are you Destinee? If not I have you on my list. We'll figure out a way to get me your address to mail the maps to. :-) - AmberleHolly 22.2 #4883 12-30-12 1:04PM
I see Fantasmic at least 20 times a year and it always leaves me with the same feeling of sheer joy. It never gets old. I'm so happy my kids enjoy it every time just as much as I do. :-)
We've seen it a handful of times at DL. When we went to WDW 7 yrs ago my younger kids saw it for the first time. When it was over my 7 yr old daughter was sobbing. She looked at me and said through tears, "that's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen".

It's a wonderful show with a great combination of effects and live action. Love and goodness always conquers over evil! My favorite. - Polkadobo372.1 #372 12-23-12 10:07PMLike Reply
Anybody remember the Ursala float durring Fantasmic?! I think it came out during the summoning of the Villans segment. I miss that part but the change to Tic Toc is good too. - Donaldfan_532226.9 #1287 11-17-12 10:09PMLike Reply
I remember the inflatable waving tentacle arms Ursala barge. It came out during the projection segment with her. I hear she has a new home as an awning backstage. - shadowgamer 1956.3 #36 11-17-12 11:23PM
Also, who remembers the Floatsam and Jetsam floats? - shadowgamer 1956.3 #36 11-17-12 11:24PM
I'm doing the AP Fantasmic special tomorrow night and I was wondering if anyone who is doing it tonight can they let me know how the setup is. When I asked a CM they weren't sure of they were clearing out the park first and then letting More...
people can check in as early as 4. people at 6 were putting blankets down claiming a spot. ill let u know what happens at closing, but they gave us wristbands after check in. - Radius501.4 #239 5-14-12 8:12PMLike Reply
They are letting people save spots? - Sweet_Irish_Cream 2595.1 #20 5-14-12 8:19PM
Were a lot of ppl putting blankets down early? I'm a Fantasmic fanatic and every time we see the show I set up at 7 for the first show and I typically get my usual spot. I have dinner reservations at Blue Bayou tomorrow at 7:30. Now I'm worried about not getting my spot. - AmberleHolly 22.2 #4883 5-14-12 8:23PM
Same process as Mickeys Halloween Party; APs can check in as early as 4pm. They must have a wristband (which try acquire at the Main Ticket booth) to stay for the night. Once the park closes (in this case 10pm), CMs will only check wristbands and those without wristbands have to exit towards Main Street. - BaseballMickey_CM2863.7 #16 5-14-12 8:26PMLike Reply
The flyer/CM said you can get wristbands as early as noon. - flukefan 266.4 #863 5-14-12 8:32PM
All registered for the special 20th Anniversary show!! So excited!! Fantasmic is my favorite thing about D-Land and I see it several times a year, which my hubby hates. Lol. I can't wait!
Do they do anything special for this anniversary? - mstiauna2789.3 #3160 4-27-12 10:10PMLike Reply
So I asked a CM at the ticket booth and she didn't know. So I guess it's a surprise :-) - AmberleHolly 22.2 #4883 4-27-12 10:58PM
A passholder must register and they are only allowed to bring up to three additional PH with an active pass. The park will be open from 10 p.m to 1 a.m with a special showing of Fantasmic at 11:30. But I don't know of the show will altered or it's just the regular show. Either way I don't care. I still wait two hours for a good spot every time I'm here. I'm a Fantasmic fanatic. - AmberleHolly22.2 #4883 4-27-12 10:41PMLike Reply
Club 33 has these special 2011 Holiday Pins. I picked up an extra one for a RAK. I'm in the park for the rest of the night. I've attached a picture of the pin and myself. First who finds me gets it. If no one does I'll post my location wh More...

So my husband and I are doing NYE at Disneyland again this year. I've decided to do what I did last year and pick up extra maps from both parks and mail them to my fellow mousewaiters. I will only get between 10-15 maps from each park and More...

Happy birthday. What a special way to celebrate. That drink looks yummy and refreshing. It's a hot day here in Brisbane Australia and that would go down nicely. - TrueFromOzLovesDisney312.3 #549 10-15-11 7:48PMLike Reply

We got in to DL!!! Got our handstamp and are headed to DCA. I'm grabbing a few extra maps from both parks so if you want some email me. Amberleholly@yahoo.com.
Ok so I called DL regarding entry restrictions due to the crowds. Apparently they have four levels of entry restriction and premium APs don't start being affected until level three. But it was suggested to get to the park earlier rather t More...
So I've decided to go Disneyland tonight for New Year's Eve. I'm a premium passholder but I've never gone for New Year's Eve or on a day where they stop letting people in. I was told that even though they stop selling tix passholders are More...
Not necessarily. It depends on the level of closure. You may still get in with an AP but best to arrive early and do not leave once inside - Ht614.0 #178 12-31-10 5:30AMLike Reply
it is not possible for me to answer your questions at this time but Ht probably knows stuff - BLG1049.5 #82 12-31-10 5:34AMLike Reply
The type of closure determines whether you get in. Once they get based level 3, no APs are getting in. Have fun - SETumbo295.7 #638 12-31-10 7:10AMLike Reply
Last year my husband and I went to DCA first, got hand stamp then headed to Disneyland at around lunch time. We have premium aps so we thought we'd have no problem getting in. Once at the gate we were told the only people allowed in were the ones that got the Disneyland handstamp from 8am-11am. All other handstamps were to be denied entry the remainder of the day! We ended up spending the rest of the day at DCA and were only a little bummed, but we learned for the future. - NoahsMama8.5 #7345 12-31-10 7:20AMLike Reply
